Jiuzhaigou Fengguang Chinese Inn

The newly renovated guesthouse is fully equipped, which is quite good for the village. The owner even drove us to the foot of the scenic area and told us when to leave if there was no traffic – very thoughtful and worthwhile.

Hygiene: The blankets smelled a bit like drool from sleeping in bed. My stomach area felt a little itchy while sleeping. I don't know if they change the blankets for each guest. Environment: The location is easy to find, and the environment is okay. Service: Okay. Facilities: The air conditioning didn't work, and there was no remote control. They said there was a power outage the day we went, probably due to voltage instability. Scenic Area Shuttle Service: We didn't use it because we were driving.

Finding such a guesthouse in a ******* village in the picturesque Jiuzhaigou Valley is truly a lucky find. Bringing my parents and son, we checked online reviews and decided on this guesthouse. The price was low, breakfast was included, the location was great, there was parking, the owner was very welcoming, and the rooms were newly renovated before May Day this year. Highly recommended to more friends, and I wish the owner great success in their business!

Facilities: Compared to hotels, B&B facilities and amenities may not be as well maintained. They look quite old. I stayed there for two nights. The shower pressure was weak and the water was very cold (I couldn't really shower properly). The door was also blocked and unusable. Having a room during the National Day holiday was quite good, as this was the only one available when I booked, and it was also close. Cleanliness: Acceptable (perhaps because it was quite cold, they provided plenty of blankets, which were very warm). Environment: A stream flows outside, and the birdsong in the mornings is very peaceful. Service: The owner was very helpful and a very nice person. Scenic spot transfers: I chose this B&B because of the scenic spot transfers. Overall, it's a good choice. On October 2nd, I went to Jiuzhaigou, and we arrived there very quickly. The owner arranged the time very well. Breakfast was also available, which was good and filling. The owner was very kind and helpful. He even helped me contact the bus driver for Huanglong Jiuzhaigou Station and the return trip! Excellent! The B&B is actually very close to Jiuzhaigou, and we arrived there very quickly (traffic jam is another matter).

All I can say is to choose carefully.

They promised air conditioning, but when we arrived, they wouldn't let us turn it on. The service was terrible; they didn't even smile. This was the worst accommodation experience of the entire trip, and it ruined my mood.

The room is very large, clean and tidy, with complete facilities. The hotel owner is very hospitable and has a great service attitude!

Clean and sanitary, good service attitude, newly renovated, good environment, good breakfast, and the boss is very enthusiastic. Brand new daily necessities.
