Ni Hao Hotel (Jiuzhaigou)

The front desk was incredibly thoughtful during check-in. Seeing that we had a child with us, they proactively upgraded us to a triple room for free. It was such a pleasant surprise to find such a clean, tidy, and warmly serviced hotel in Jiuzhaigou during the May Day holiday for only 200+ RMB! The value for money is outstanding, and it's rare to have such a great experience at this price point. Highly recommended~

Everything else was fine, but the WiFi was spotty, so I had to use my mobile data. Also, the location was a bit out of the way, which made shopping inconvenient.

The rooms were spacious, bright, and spotlessly clean. The staff were incredibly warm and friendly. The hotel is conveniently located with easy parking, and the breakfast was delicious and plentiful!

Excellent service, pleasant environment, and convenient for Jiuzhaigou.

HUAZHU Gold membership is a complete joke. There's no complimentary breakfast, and no coffee either. Isn't it deceptive to advertise this? I will never choose you again.

The hotel offers a pleasant and quiet environment. The rooms feature a three-way split bathroom design and are spotlessly clean. The mattress and pillows were exceptionally comfortable. The buffet breakfast is extensive, offering a wide variety of Chinese and Western dishes, along with complimentary freshly brewed coffee. Convenient free parking is also available.

This is a new hotel, and the room facilities are excellent. The shower had fantastic water pressure, which I really appreciated. The air conditioning also worked perfectly. A special shout-out to the bar attendant – a lovely young lady who was incredibly sweet and provided outstanding service. I had a series of requests, like needing to refrigerate some meat, asking for mineral water, and a sewing kit, and she handled them all promptly and without any fuss. There's ample parking available, and they even have EV charging stations. Breakfast was quite generous and delicious.

The room was spotlessly clean. Housekeeping was done daily, and all toiletries were regularly refreshed. Facilities: Modern and stylish. Service: The staff were incredibly attentive and thorough. They enthusiastically offered valuable travel tips for the area, which made our visit to Jiuzhaigou National Park incredibly smooth.
