My trip to Jiuzhaigou was incredibly smooth. The guesthouse contacted me in advance and recommended an itinerary based on my plans. They have a dog that greets guests, and in the evenings, they even offer stargazing. The room facilities were in perfect condition, and the bath was very relaxing.

Absolutely wonderful stay in this hotel. You're already inside the national park so you only need to buy entrance tickets once. You also don't need to wake up too early to start your day exploring the national park. All hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Lovely dog too! Every day the hotel lady helped me plan a route to follow in the park. The dinner options were yummy. They even took us out to see stars and took some photos of us. Our room also had an outdoor tub which we used to relax after every day of exploring the national park. The view from the room was also stunning. I highly recommend this hotel if you visit Jiuzhaigou! 100%! Thank you for making our visit to Jiuzhaigou so pleasant and unforgettable!

Although a bit pricey, it's totally worth it! Since we were traveling with elderly family and young children, I had a lot of concerns. The staff were all incredibly patient in answering my questions and constantly kept an eye on our itinerary, advising us on directions and when to return to the guesthouse. It gave me a complete sense of security. The room was very clean and comfortable; you could literally walk barefoot freely. When we first entered the room and saw there were no TVs, projectors, or other electronics, the kids started complaining about how they'd pass the long night. But then they arranged a stargazing activity for us, and it was the first time in my life I'd seen the Milky Way with the naked eye – it was absolutely beautiful... the most unforgettable part of our trip. The kids have already decided they want to come back next autumn, to play with Xiao Bao again and go stargazing.

This was my second time staying here. Last year, my friend and I stayed during the National Day holiday and really enjoyed it; both the cleanliness and environment were excellent. And the hot springs? Absolutely essential after a day of hiking – who understands the pure joy of returning after a long day and being able to soak! The owner is also incredibly nice! Basically, once you check in, you don't have to worry about anything else. The service is incredibly thoughtful; they'll clearly explain how to have fun, how to get around, and how to plan your day. All in all, I'd definitely choose to stay here again! (BTW, I was super lucky to catch a meteor shower!)

This is the most satisfying hotel I've ever had, hands down! From the moment we landed at the high-speed rail station, staff contacted the driver to collect our luggage, allowing us to go straight into the scenic area to begin our visit. After returning to the hotel in the afternoon, the staff thoughtfully introduced us to all the room amenities. The underfloor heating was incredibly warm and cozy!
