淡季遊玩比較划算，住了兩晚，免費給升級到高級雙床房，淡季可以免費升級，大家一定要跟前台説。
我們是四大四小，兩間兩個雙床房剛剛好，空調供暖效果極佳。

環境：環境很不錯，旁邊就是逛吃喝的

非常非常好的酒店，設施完備，暖氣非常足，早餐很豐富，前台小姐姐熱情仔細，貼心的房間升級，管家海軍噓寒問暖，關心備至，來九寨溝好幾次了，這次住的最舒服，感謝，下次來還會選這裏。

本來衹安排在九寨溝住一天，臨時決定去黃龍所以追加了一天。第一天做攻略定了溝口的某季（其實不太滿意），第二天他家訂滿了（本來我是不太想另找太麻煩了），我也就沒續訂。很偶然的機會定了這家，對這家非常滿意！！比溝口某季環境性價比更高，房間也更大，早餐好，服務好，管家好（我是帶家裡長輩一起來，還幫忙安排了葯包泡腳桶）
如果坐大巴來九寨口，可以和司機師傅説在月亮灣下車，非常方便，下車點就在酒店隔壁。當然步行到九寨溝景點距離確實有點遠，不過我入住的時候前台説可以4元/人預訂早上送去景區（我是遊玩結束入住所以也就沒預訂這個服務，個人感覺還是很有必要，一定要節省腳力在溝裏暴走），感覺這樣看還是蠻划算方便。我第二天去黃龍，約的大巴也會在這停靠，非常方便。

酒店距離九寨溝口挺近的，挨着很多吃飯地方，超市，很方便，酒店比較安靜，休息的不錯。整體很滿意，前台，管家服務都不錯，還沒有走到酒店門口禮賓已經提前開門了，然後帶去辦理入住，幫忙拿行李，送我們到房間門口，都是一對一服務，很有禮貌。早餐也不錯，現煮麪條米線，牛肉的紅湯一大勺，很多牛肉，旁邊還有煎蛋，早餐沙拉，涼菜，熱菜，中西式結合，很豐盛。還可以預訂去溝口擺渡車（單獨付費）。每個房間都有單獨管家，加微信噓寒問暖，關心入住需求，加了好多水，因為那邊天氣乾燥，喝不少水。這次九寨溝體驗酒店體驗最好，很滿意。

酒店超出預期，大巴月亮灣停車場下車直接就是酒店門口，房間也很衞生乾淨，早餐也不錯，下次出遊還會定這家的！

第二次入住這就酒店了，覺得位置很好，旁邊就是很多餐廳，走路到溝口也就15-20分鐘，早飯也特別好吃，雖然住宿期間出了一點小問題，但是很快就圓滿解決了，下次來九寨還會選這家
