Grand Rezen Jiuzhaigou Resort

Right from the moment we got out of the car, a handsome staff member helped us with our luggage and personally took it to our room. The restaurant and front desk staff were all incredibly warm and courteous, which made us feel especially welcome. A special shout-out to our hotel butler, who thoughtfully brought us a foot-soaking tub last night after a really tiring day out. The room was spacious and bright, the hotel facilities were excellent, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of choices. It's less than a 20-minute walk to Jiuzhaigou, which is extremely convenient. This hotel is highly recommended!!!

The hotel environment was excellent, and the kids had a blast. The tour bus stop is conveniently located near the hotel, and it's not far from the park entrance. Dining options in the area are also very convenient. The front desk, restaurant, and butler service were all top-notch. A special shout-out to the restaurant staff, especially the young man who saw me getting noodles and asked if they were hot, offering to help me carry them to my table. That was a really thoughtful gesture.

The room was clean and tidy. It's about a 15-20 minute walk to the gully entrance, which is quite convenient. The breakfast was also very good, and the environment was nice. There's a kids' play area that my child loved. Definitely recommended!

I initially thought a hotel within a scenic area wouldn't meet my expectations, but this hotel for my Jiuzhaigou trip far exceeded them! It's not far from the scenic area's ticket entrance, and you can walk to Bianbian Street for food and shopping. The main thing is that the room hygiene and environment are great. The butler service was attentive and thoughtful, helping with luggage. The most considerate touch was that after a full day exploring Jiuzhaigou, the hotel proactively brought foot bath supplies – my child loved it too! For any families planning a trip to Jiuzhaigou, definitely book this hotel without hesitation.

The hotel has a great environment and is conveniently located right next to the bus station. The breakfast spread is excellent, and the butler service is very attentive. The rooms are spacious and quite new. There's also a children's play area within the hotel, and dining is easy with a lively neighborhood and a supermarket nearby. It's fantastic!

This hotel was recommended by a friend. I was a bit worried about the cleanliness after reading some negative reviews before checking in, but when I arrived, I found the hotel's hygiene to be excellent. The service butler was also very enthusiastic, and the hotel's hotpot was delicious. I'll definitely recommend this place for future trips to Jiuzhai Valley. Plus, the hotel isn't far from the ticket gate; even with morning traffic, it's only about a 20-minute walk.

1. The location is quite convenient, close to Moon Bay parking lot, where you can catch buses for arrivals and departures. You can take a taxi to the scenic area, which costs just a few yuan. The hotel is about a kilometer away from the scenic area. It can be hard to find a taxi after playing, but you can walk back, though it might be a bit tiring after a day of exploring. 2. The hotel handles issues very promptly and provides a butler service. They even offered foot-soaking amenities, which was a great touch! It's excellent for older guests, as they respond immediately to any problems. The breakfast is also very rich and satisfying for the family. 3. We stayed in a deluxe twin room, which was spacious enough for a comfortable rest. The room had a wet and dry separation. We were on the third floor, and it was very quiet at night. The hotel also tried its best to accommodate our room preference requests upon check-in, which was much appreciated! 4. There are many dining options nearby, including a newly opened tomato yak beef hotpot restaurant, making it very convenient for meals. Chuanjie Yak Beef Noodles is also not far. If you don't feel like walking, you can order takeout, though it can only be delivered to the hotel lobby, which is a bit inconvenient.

The hotel's location is excellent, only a kilometer from the Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area exit. After leaving the park in the afternoon, my feet were exhausted, and traffic at the entrance was terrible. Walking back to the hotel was much faster than taking a taxi. The hotel is very new, and all the facilities are great. The free self-service laundry and drying service is fantastic. The hotel's garden is full of blooming flowers, and they're particularly large. Upon check-in, the hotel provided a complimentary breakfast for four. The housekeeper, Haijun, was also very enthusiastic and accommodating, always ready to help. He even provided a free foot-soaking tub and herbal packs. The only slightly odd thing was that the water in the room was sometimes milky white.

The hotel is conveniently located, right next to the Moon Bay shuttle stop. The service was excellent; they arranged the room according to my preferences. The butler helped with luggage, showed us to our room, and even arranged breakfast for us – so thoughtful! The room facilities were generally good, though the door was a bit stiff to push, making it close a bit loudly. Despite that, the room wasn't noisy, and the location offered a quiet retreat from the bustle. The two-person meal included in the group deal was more than enough, and the food was enjoyable even for those who don't eat spicy. Overall, I was very satisfied.
