Horrible service and bad cleanliness where everything in the room is dirty, from the toilet bowl to flooring to water that smells and stained shower head.
Service was bad where waitress questioned and refused to provide water when asked. Location is bad and far away from the main area with all the famous brands such as Chagee, KFC etc.
Please do not visit this hotel.

The hotel is easy reachable with the shuttle bus, very convenient.
The front desk was really helpful. When we asked to switch rooms, they also made this possible. The shower was spacious.

就在溝口，吃飯什麼都很方便，旁邊還有超市，就是有一個床單不知道咋回事，上面有污漬，反饋後能及時更換，服務態度還是不錯的。

Booked 2 nites for their 3-bed room; very clean and nice room. Front desk lady was very helpful to help us book the Jiuzhaigou tickets and even helped us to pay the money first because we had issues with our credit card. Overall, very happy with the hotel and service.

Not many hotel choices in this area. If I compare this hotel against other hotels in Chengdu, I would rate it as a 3 star hotel. But, I think this is consider a good hotel compare with other hotels in Jiu Zhai. This hotel is clean and at a good location.
