JIUZHAIGOU DAYS HOTEL BY WYNDHAM

Facilities: The facilities are very comprehensive. Hygiene: Clean and tidy. Environment: Beautiful surroundings. Service: Excellent service, especially the very thoughtful service from Yangqing.

We stayed in a family room this time, and the hotel service was excellent. We received welcome fruits, a complimentary traditional costume experience, late check-out, and free late-night snacks. They even provided a shuttle to Jiuzhaigou's entrance. The hotel has a restaurant where you can enjoy dinner. The hygiene and environment were superb, and our butler, Xiao Ban, provided fantastic service, helping us with many issues. Highly recommended!

Hygiene: Good, the bedding was clean and tidy. Environment: Good, it's less than a 10-minute drive from the scenic area, and there's a stream right outside the door. Service: Good, they upgraded our room type. They offer a free shuttle service to Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area. I would choose to stay here again next time.

The room was clean and spacious. The shuttle service was great, and our butler, Lily, was incredibly responsive to all our requests. The late-night snacks were delicious too! Five-star review!

The hotel rooms are beyond excellent, and parking is super convenient. The front desk attendant, Miss Yangqing, provided exceptional service. She was incredibly welcoming, like family, and gave great recommendations for tours and local food. The hotel restaurant is also fantastic, offering delicious and affordable meals with generous portions – definitely more than you can eat!

The room was very clean, and the view from the large window was absolutely delightful. The service from the Qingyang butler was particularly satisfying; they contacted me in advance and provided detailed guides for scenic spots and other useful tips. Everything about this hotel was fantastic, and the restaurant's dishes were exceptional – both affordable and delicious! 😋

The service was incredibly attentive! The Cyan Qing butler service was very thoughtful. They helped us by delivering breakfast to our family and even brought our luggage to the room. Check-in was also very quick. The room facilities were excellent, and it was clean and tidy. Highly recommended to everyone!

1. The room was comfortable, smart, spacious, and felt fresh. 2. We took the high-speed train from Chengdu to Songpan Station, then a bus to Shuangliudi Station, where a luxurious hotel car picked us up and took us to the hotel. The next morning, a dedicated car took us to the Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area. 3. We also had dinner at the hotel; the food was very authentic and the price was reasonable. 4. Upon arrival, with a child and quite a bit of heavy luggage, I was relieved that the hotel staff helped me with all my bags to the room. The hotel environment was also quite upscale. Lily, our hotel contact person, was very responsible. The next morning, we went to the restaurant a bit late and breakfast was already cleared, but the hotel staff specially brought out some more food from the kitchen. Plus, they even arranged car service to the scenic spot. The service was truly excellent.
