Piedmont Hot Spring Villa

I was very satisfied with my stay. The guesthouse environment is excellent, equipped with an elevator, washing machine, and dryer, which is super convenient. The room is spacious and clean, and the bed is incredibly comfortable – perfect for resting after a long day. I'll definitely come back if I have the chance.

A great B&B! The environment, cleanliness, and service are all excellent, definitely worth recommending. The only minor drawback was the windows, but the natural light was still pretty good.

I highly recommend staying near the entrance to Jiuzhaigou the day before your visit. This way, you can be among the first group to enter the park the next morning, avoiding the crowds. The hotel's location is super convenient, just about a ten-minute walk to the park entrance, so there's no need to rush in the morning. The hotel also has a hot spring on the top floor. A quick soak in the steamy waters really loosens up your muscles and instantly washes away most of your fatigue. This added amenity is a really thoughtful touch. The room size is also quite generous, giving it a spacious feel. The only slight drawback was that there were some faint oil stains on the towels. While they didn't affect their usability, it did detract a bit from the overall impression. I'd suggest the hotel pay closer attention to the cleaning process, as details often shape a guest's overall experience. However, this is a minor flaw; the excellent location and the rooftop hot spring are significant advantages that outweigh it.

A very nice and clean hotel with a comfortable environment. It's conveniently located near restaurants and shops, and close to tourist attractions. The staff were very helpful and even arranged a shared ride for me to Huanglong Jiuzhai Station.

The front desk lady was incredibly warm and welcoming. She proactively helped us with our luggage and even showed me to the laundry room. The hotel is conveniently located near Zangwang Square, and it was only about a ten-minute walk to the Jiuzhaigou park entrance the next day, which was super convenient. The room was spacious and clean, and the kids absolutely loved the tatami bed.

Not far from Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area, about a 15-minute walk. The surrounding area is super lively with bubble tea shops, supermarkets, and lots of great restaurants. The room was fantastic and very comfortable. The ladies at the front desk were incredibly nice – they proactively offered water, gave directions, and stored our luggage. What made me happiest was that because we stayed at the hotel, we got a voucher for the restaurant next door. My parents and I finished our meal and left, and the front desk staff actually chased after us to remind me I forgot to use the voucher for the discount! Next time I come to Jiuzhaigou, I'll definitely stay here again!

I brought two kids along and spent a long time choosing this room. It comes with a hot spring bath, which is great for an evening soak. There are three small pools, not huge, but also not crowded, so it was perfectly sufficient. I have to praise this – my mom said it was excellent. Her knees were a bit swollen from walking all day, and it really helped. The lobby on the first floor has a great ambiance. I don't usually take pictures of the room, but it was pretty much consistent with the photos provided by the hotel, though not quite as big, it was still spacious enough. The smart home features were interesting, and if you needed anything, customer service was very responsive, with robots delivering items. On the first day, we went to their own yak hotpot restaurant next door, and the discount was genuinely good. One-on-one butler service: The butler service was excellent. They added me on WeChat in advance, so I could contact them there for anything. I bothered them quite a few times and was very satisfied.
