This hotel absolutely deserves 10.0/10.0 rating!!! Staffs were super attentive, catering and helpful with planning your visit to Jiuzhaigou! They even give you drop off and pick up service. The room I booked has such an insane view! You will feel like you get more than what you paid for!

Stunning view from our room. 10 10 10 The location is great to avoid crowds by the Jiuzhaigou Park Gate. Only 15-20 away from the area. The hotel does not have many facilities like hotel, but provides all you need in the room. All bath amenities are there. The staff is super helpful, with detailed instructions and services. Breakfast is fine.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful from luggage assistance to booking the national park tickets and even ordering food for us on their own phones! Note, there is an uphill trail to the hotel but understandable since we’re in the mountains. Highly recommend this place! Service was exceptional and the staff really went above and beyond to make sure we’re comfortable during our stay :)

From the moment we arrived until our departure, we experienced the warm, genuine hospitality that feels more like family than the polished but impersonal service of large five-star hotel chains. The hotel itself is new, thoughtfully designed, and run with smart investments in mind. The front desk is located within the restaurant, surrounded by fascinating artefacts and stories that the 店长 (hotel manager) shares with real passion. We highly recommend trying at least one meal here—breakfast or dinner. Reasonably priced and absolutely delicious. Our room was incredibly spacious, with a serene mountain view. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and firm pillows are available upon request. Thoughtful design touches include automated curtains, a tea appreciation area, and a soaking tub. Everything was spotless and hygienic, with tub sheets provided for soaking. The free laundry service (up to four pieces) was a welcome surprise, especially for drying trekking clothes, and there were drying racks in the bathroom for socks and other items. Guests are added to a WeChat group with staff members to make requests or ask for assistance. The service was always generous and attentive—if you arrive late and need dinner, they’ll send a car to take you to a restaurant and pick you up afterwards, even in the rain. They even offered complimentary meals to our private tour guide. Oxygen canisters for altitude sickness are also available for purchase. Overall, our stay at Ti Xin was both cozy and memorable. The sincere care from the team made all the difference, and we highly recommend staying here. Whatever help you may need, you can be assured they’ll do their best to provide it. Staffs were very friendly and attentive to our needs. Food was amazing and quality of the ingredients were fresh. Viewing of the night sky was beautiful.

The room was clean and modern with a picturesque view of the mountains. The service was excellent- I had toe blisters due to long walking during the trip. I informed the hotel crew of the medication needed to help with my condition. The boss personally drove out to purchase the required medication and sent them to my room himself. When I asked how much the medication costs, he refused to take any payment. I was touched by his willingness to go the extra mile to help me. Will stay again next time I visit the area!
