Rezen Garden Hotel Jiuzhaigou

My husband and I stayed at Rezen Hotel for three days and two nights. The hotel is luxurious, spacious, and very clean. Our room was also quite large, tidy, comfortable, and well maintained. The service was excellent, and all the staff were very friendly. We celebrated our wedding anniversary during our stay, and the hotel kindly prepared a beautiful room decoration for us, which made the occasion even more special. This hotel is more expensive than some of the other options in the area, but the rate includes many valuable complimentary services and benefits: - Complimentary shuttle service to and from Jiuzhaigou National Park - Complimentary van pick-up from Huanglong Jiuzhai Railway Station to the hotel, with a journey of approximately two hours - A complimentary 40-minute ******* costume experience inside Jiuzhaigou National Park - Complimentary coffee available in the hotel lobby - delicious breakfast - free Laundry For the return journey from the hotel to Huanglong Jiuzhai Railway Station, the hotel can arrange a van for RMB 70. You only need to make a reservation with the reception desk in advance. The receptionists were also very responsive through WeChat, which made communication and transportation arrangements easy. great service by staff who kindly helped us to decorate the room for a birthday surprise :) there are also great amenities like free laundry and a restaurant in the hotel (selling chinese food). the room is also clean and high tech, once u enter the room the curtains, toilet etc are automated.

The room was clean and tastefully decorated. The hotel staff arranged for pick-up from the high speed rail station, as well as shuttle service to and from Jiuzhaigou, which made our trip worry free. Service was great and made us feel welcome and comfortable. Would recommend!
