The service was great, and the hotel was very quiet. It's a bit of a walk from where the bus drops you off at the parking lot. The hotel is close to Zhuoma Snacks. In the mornings, they offer a convenient shuttle service to the park entrance, so you just need to queue up.

The environment is comfortable, and the location is super convenient for getting around, right at the entrance of the valley. There are plenty of places to stroll around at night and lots of delicious food! The room was spotless, everything was sparkling clean, and the facilities were very new. I had a really pleasant stay. And Jiuzhaigou is truly beautiful; staying here for two days made me feel completely refreshed and purified. I really enjoyed my comfortable stay here and will definitely be back!

The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. I accidentally left something behind, and they even mailed it back to me, which was incredibly thoughtful. The service was excellent! Highly recommend.

Staying here felt just like home, with thoughtful service and every request met. I'm a bit of a clean freak, and even though the hotel's main color scheme is off-white, it was impeccably clean, which I really appreciated! The hotel is located in Pengfeng Village, right outside there are breakfast spots and restaurants, super convenient. But it's not right on the main road, so it's very quiet, which I loved. The owner is incredibly nice and even drives guests to Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area in the morning, which is a huge plus. They are very generous; there are complimentary bottled waters right by the elevator, and over ten different travel amenities like personal care kits available for guests to take as needed. The attention to detail is impressive. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit and highly recommend it to my friends.

The front desk staff were all lovely. The room was very clean and quiet. It's about a 10-15 minute walk to the scenic spots. There are plenty of food options nearby, including ******* food, Mixue (a tea and ice cream chain), and beef noodles.

Facilities: Comfortable and smart. Hygiene: Clean and cozy. Environment: Tidy and bright. Service: Friendly and attentive. Breakfast was nearby, delicious, and great value for money! They even offered a shuttle service to the scenic area entrance and provided raincoats upon check-out! Jiuzhaigou's scenery is absolutely beautiful; I'll definitely come back if I get the chance!

The room wasn't huge, but it was very well-equipped, even with disposable towels. The hotel having an ironing board was super convenient. The shuttle service for picking up from the high-speed rail station and dropping off at attractions was excellent. The area around the hotel is very lively, with plenty of dining and shopping options.

The room was spacious and didn't feel cramped at all. The warm lighting looked lovely, exactly like in the hotel's promotional pictures. The toilet and curtains in the bathroom were smart, and there was even a projector screen. The duvet was down, so it would definitely be warm even in winter. The 200+ yuan I spent on the room was totally worth it. The front desk offers a shuttle service to scenic spots; the guy there was super helpful, and the lady staff were also great. I'll definitely stay here again next time!
