The hotel is a 10-15 minute drive from the scenic area, but they offer a shuttle service directly to the entrance, which makes getting around very convenient. The facilities are new, clean, and hygienic. They even have a dedicated makeup mirror. The swimming pool water is changed daily, making it really suitable and hygienic for families with kids. Breakfast offers a wide variety of choices, and the fact that it's served until 11 AM is great. One morning, I wanted to get some milk to take with me on the go, and the hotel staff were very kind and even poured me some yak butter tea instead. They provide three different fruits daily and also offer Coke or Sprite, which is a thoughtful touch for boosting energy at high altitudes. They have postcards available for stamping and also offer recommendations for local attractions and nearby restaurants – we didn't have a single bad experience. The self-service laundry facilities are also well-maintained, and the hotel staff thoughtfully put room numbers on the washed items.

Toilet disinfectant wipes and disposable toilet seat covers were provided. Standard amenities like toiletries and slippers were also of good quality. ✨ Activities: The hotel offers a rich variety of activities, including a night bar, evening hot spring baths, handmade sachet workshops, and stamp souvenirs. 🍽️ Food: The hotel breakfast was simple and delicious, similar to what you'd find at an Orange Hotel. The coffee was good.

This was my first time visiting Jiuzhaigou, and I spent a long time choosing this hotel. While it's not right at the park entrance, a taxi ride of about ten minutes isn't inconvenient at all. There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The hotel's environment is excellent and very quiet. They offer a complimentary pick-up service from the high-speed rail station, which is super convenient – just arrange the time in advance. That's a huge plus. Breakfast is provided and includes sandwiches, small cakes, eggs, porridge, soy milk, and coffee. They also have freshly cooked noodles and wontons. The interior is very clean, and the staff are all very nice. They have free self-service washing machines and dryers, which was a fantastic perk. It's such a treat to be able to wear clean, dry clothes. Complimentary fruit is offered in the evenings, and the bathtub was also very clean. Overall, the experience was very comfortable. I'd definitely stay here again.
