Traveling during the off-season, I had originally booked a twin room, but the hotel kindly upgraded me to a family room free of charge. The service was excellent, and they even brought a complimentary fruit platter after check-in. Our stay here completely exceeded expectations! The room had all the amenities we needed and was perfectly equipped. The soundproofing in the rooms is excellent. When we checked out, the manager even gave us some snacks. The breakfast spread is also very diverse. If you want coffee, you can ask the chef to brew you a cup. We also wanted to use the infinity pool on the rooftop, and they were very enthusiastic about helping us remove the dust cover. All in all, it was a fantastic experience. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The rooms smelled wonderful and felt very upscale. Plus, they offer a free shuttle service to Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area! I definitely recommend this guesthouse!

Absolutely fantastic! The chef is incredibly nice, and his rice noodles are out of this world. He's also super humorous and is diligently learning English. He had us laughing every mealtime! Jiuzhaigou is definitely worth a visit, and this hotel was my carefully chosen pick. I bet the scenery would be even more stunning in autumn. Can't wait to come back!
