Fantastic! The service was excellent. They were proactive in asking where we were headed, and they offered a shuttle service to Jiuzhaigou. The front desk staff even helped me arrange a car. The breakfast was delicious, and the room was clean.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The front desk lady was incredibly warm and welcoming. She even came out to meet us in the rain and helped us with our luggage. When I couldn't find medicine one evening due to heavy rain, she took me to buy some. The next day, the shuttle service to the scenic spots was super convenient. The environment is beautiful and I really loved the decor. Our room was cozy and unique, making us feel very relaxed and comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was exquisite, and you could even get extra servings if you weren't full yet!

This time, I needed to travel with my dog, so I compared four pet-friendly guesthouses. The key was finding one that offered dog boarding! Choosing this guesthouse has given me new hope for this type of accommodation. The guesthouse is primarily a wooden structure, with a high-end and tasteful aesthetic. I have a habit of wiping down surfaces like nightstands, sinks, and coffee tables every time I check into a room. I did the same here, and to my surprise, it was almost spotless, not a speck of dust anywhere. Just this alone made me feel incredibly comfortable. The bathroom was immaculately clean, the bedding was dry, and the pillows were soft. I slept very well for both nights.

The hot water came out quickly with good pressure, and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area. The toiletries were of good quality, and the internet was stable and fast. The front desk staff, especially a young lady, provided very thoughtful service. Check-in and check-out were efficient, and she patiently and proactively answered questions about travel plans. The location is superb, with plenty of nearby restaurants and shopping areas, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing and getting around. It offers excellent value for money and is perfect for both leisure travel and business trips!
