⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐A truly satisfying stay! The hotel boasts beautiful surroundings and picturesque views. The room was meticulously clean and tidy. Our butler, Yolanda, pre-arranged a room upgrade for us and provided warm, attentive, and detailed service. The hotel's dinner offered a wide variety of dishes and good flavors. The overall experience exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended!

The hotel's location is unique, nestled deep in the forest, offering extremely high negative oxygen ion levels, making the air feel incredibly fresh. The room facilities are quite new, and thanks to our butler Lisa, who upgraded our room and provided excellent service, our stay was even more enjoyable.

The hotel environment is clean and comfortable, with well-equipped rooms and thoughtful service. The breakfast spread is extensive, the location is convenient, and check-in was efficient. Overall, it was a great experience and I highly recommend it for any trip.

The hotel communication was smooth and considerate; our butler Emily contacted us in advance, and we felt very well taken care of – excellent service. We were surrounded by a pristine natural environment and saw the starry sky at night. The breakfast selection was rich. However, the facilities are a bit old and outdated, and the hotel is a little far from the scenic spots. There's significant room for improvement in the hardware.

The moment we drove down the forest path to the hotel, we immediately felt like we were on vacation. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The open-air hot spring was a big hit with the kids, and the hotel dinner even featured a ******* song and dance performance, creating a relaxed and joyful atmosphere. The breakfast offered a rich variety of local specialties. During our two-day stay, we enjoyed forest hikes, wetland walks, and spotted butterflies and birds – it was truly delightful! Our butler, Daranxiu, was exceptionally thoughtful and attentive, making our stay perfectly comfortable and enjoyable.

Jiuzhai Paradise Hotel boasts an excellent environment, truly nestled amidst the mountains and forests. Its surrounding natural beauty is incredibly refreshing, which I'd say is its biggest selling point. Given the hotel's age, you can definitely feel a sense of time in the rooms and some of the facilities; they are a bit dated. However, the overall maintenance is good, and the service is excellent, with all the staff being quite enthusiastic. The hotel also organizes various activities, some of which are suitable for children, making it very family-friendly. You can find things to do without even leaving the hotel. My only regret is that the hotel lobby was rebuilt after the earthquake. The current lobby doesn't have the same grand and impressive feel as shown in older pictures, which is a bit of a shame.

The location is quite remote, but the exclusive tranquility of the mountain forest is a big plus. Facilities are just average.
