The 2.4-meter bed was perfect for our family of three. Service: The staff were warm and professional. They even helped me print my child's summer homework. Dining: The breakfast spread was extensive, offering a variety of Chinese noodles and rice dishes, Japanese sushi, Western pastries, and even ******* tea. Bonus tip: The hotel's mini-supermarket has a great selection and reasonable prices, even cheaper than the convenience stores outside. If you need snacks or essentials, just grab them there.

On the day we checked in, because I'd ordered a cake, the hotel manager prepared a birthday gift for us, along with a handwritten note, and even upgraded our room! Their service was incredibly thoughtful. The hotel environment is great, the room was spotless, and it's very close to the scenic area. They also arranged a shared ride driver for us. They really thought of everything in advance. Highly recommend!

Fantastic stay with the kids! The hotel environment is comfortable and very clean, the rooms are spacious, and the beds are wide enough. The staff are incredibly warm and attentive; they proactively helped with our luggage and escorted us to our room. They were especially gentle with the children. The breakfast was bountiful. It's only a few minutes by taxi to Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area, and the hotel also offers a free shuttle bus, making it our top choice for getting around. Highly satisfied!
