## Review **Cleanliness:** The hotel is clearly a bit older, and the facilities might be a little retro, but the cleanliness is absolutely fine. I checked several areas, and they were all very clean. **Environment:** It's about 3 kilometers from the Jiuzhaigou scenic area. On my first day, after leaving the park, it was nearly impossible to get a taxi, and it was raining, so if you're planning a second visit to the park, I'd recommend choosing a hotel closer to the entrance. This hotel could be a good option for your first night. Speaking of which, I have to mention their free shuttle service to the scenic area – it's really convenient. I arranged the time with the hotel the day before check-in, and the next morning, a dedicated car took me directly to the park entrance. It was incredibly handy! **Facilities:** The facilities are decent, except for the air conditioner's heating function, which wasn't very effective. I set it to 30°C, but the air still felt cool. I couldn't reach the front desk by phone; I pressed the front desk button and also dialed 7777, but no one answered for a long time. **Service:** The ladies at the front desk were warm, polite, and service-oriented. They would smile and ask if I needed any help, though one *particular* staff member's attitude was a bit lacking. Overall, there was no strange odor in the hotel room, and outside the window, it was all trees, so the air quality was excellent. It was a very good stay, highly recommended!

What I appreciated most about the hotel service was the daily shuttle to the scenic spot entrance. This was incredibly important in Jiuzhaigou, given how frustrating the taxi situation can be there. Even though the hotel is a bit old, it's very tidy and clean, and there was no smoke smell, which is a huge plus. I absolutely can't stand rooms that smell of smoke, no matter where I go. I heard from the manager that the hotel is undergoing renovations at the end of this year, so I imagine it will be even better then. I forgot the name of the kind, petite manager who drove us to the scenic area, but she was incredibly enthusiastic and even gave us tips on how to best explore Jiuzhaigou and what to look out for. It was peak season recently, and the front desk lady was very enthusiastic. She even upgraded our room. The room was very clean and quiet at night. A special highlight was the large yard, perfect for parking. The breakfast was also very rich! The next day, Manager Zhang personally drove us to the gully entrance early in the morning, which deserves a big thumbs up!

Stayed in a suite with my parents. The hotel facilities are a bit old, and the hygiene is just average, but the service was exceptionally good. They were always available when called upon and even offered a shuttle service to tourist attractions. The breakfast was incredibly rich and varied. I'd definitely recommend it! I especially recommend the Chinese restaurant; both the yak hotpot and the hand-torn lamb were delicious.

The hotel was pretty good overall. They upgraded us to a king-size bed since they had availability and even threw in breakfast, which was a nice touch. The only thing is, there's quite a temperature swing between day and night here, so it gets a bit chilly in the evenings. And it took about ten minutes for the shower water to get hot. But honestly, it was fine. The service industry is tough, and the front desk staff were really thoughtful and provided excellent service. The chicken soup and Sichuan kimchi at breakfast were also delicious, I really enjoyed them. We were just in a rush, otherwise, we would have stayed a few more days. In the morning, a manager even dropped us off at Jiuzhaigou, which was incredibly considerate service.

My experience at the Celebrity Hotel in Jiuzhaigou was fantastic! Its location is close to the scenic area, making it very convenient for getting around. This established chain hotel consistently delivers reliable service quality. Front desk agent Miss Ye was incredibly warm and thorough in answering all our questions, earning a five-star rating! The hotel's yak hotpot for dinner was generously portioned and delicious, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of options. A big shout-out to the hotel manager who personally drove us to the scenic area at 7 AM! The Mingren Hotel is dependable and highly recommended.

I chose this hotel because I wanted to visit the Romance Park, and its location, midway between Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area and the Romance Park, was perfect. The biggest draw was that it's a bus drop-off point, saving me a lot of walking. The breakfast was plentiful, and they offered free shuttle service to the scenic area entrance. During my stay, there was an unpleasant incident involving other guests, but the hotel quickly resolved it. Overall, it was a good experience.
