The hotel environment is comfortable and clean, and the bedding is very cozy and warm. It's quiet for sleeping. I stayed on the fifth floor, and the window offered a view of the mountains. It's 1.4 kilometers from Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area, about a ten to fifteen-minute walk. The direct shuttle stop for the ******* King Square Scenic Area is a 5-minute walk away. Outside the hotel is the rushing Baishui River, and there are many restaurants and small supermarkets nearby. The hotel breakfast is also good, with delicious stir-fried dishes.

Avoid this hotel at all costs! I genuinely don't understand how it got a 4.6-star rating. For anyone booking during the Mid-Autumn Festival or National Day holidays, please be very cautious. My stay here was terrible, absolutely not worth the rating. Aside from a decent location and acceptable breakfast, there were virtually no other positives. Firstly, the hygiene was appalling. Both the sink and bathtub were extremely old and dirty upon check-in. I have pictures to prove it. Secondly, the hotel claims to have been renovated in 2017, but the facilities are incredibly old. It feels like only the name and facade were changed, with no significant improvements made otherwise. Thirdly, when I boiled water in the kettle, there was a layer of oily film floating on top. Fourthly, the hotel provided no slippers or anti-slip mat, making it impossible to shower properly. They didn't even provide shower gel or soap, and toilet paper wasn't replenished daily – I had to call for it, and even then, there was no apology when it was delivered. Fifthly, the room's air conditioning was purely for show. It's centrally controlled, meaning all rooms are at the same temperature, and you can't adjust it yourself. Hot water also has time restrictions; it's only available from 5 PM, and this was not communicated to guests in advance. I truly don't know how a hotel like this can be rated three diamonds online. I booked through Trip.com, and their customer service was very helpful. After I complained, they immediately assisted me and resolved the issue. However, that's not my main point; I primarily want to warn travelers planning trips during the upcoming Mid-Autumn and National Day holidays to think twice before booking this hotel. It's genuinely awful, and I want to help others avoid this pitfall.

Finally got to take my mom to Jiuzhaigou. This hotel was a good choice; the front desk staff were very friendly and thoughtful, trying their best to fulfill any requests. (My only suggestion for the hotel is to consider providing extra plastic slippers in the future for guests who need them for showering. These could be given upon request.) Since I was traveling with an elderly person, I specifically asked for a quiet room, and the one we were given was indeed very peaceful. The breakfast was also good, opening around 7 AM, which was convenient for everyone to eat before heading to the scenic area. We were very satisfied with it both days. My mom and I walk slowly, so it took us about 22 minutes to walk to the scenic area entrance. We just took a taxi for 10 yuan instead. It's also not far from the direct shuttle bus stop at the ******* King Square, and there are plenty of convenient dining options nearby. My power bank had the wrong port, so I borrowed a charging cable from a young lady at the front desk. When we left, she even helped us carry our luggage down. It was really great, thank you.

The hotel is good, conveniently located about 800 meters from the scenic area. The room was super quiet, but the pillows were a bit too soft. You typically need to stay for two days, so remember to book your return bus ticket in advance.

This hotel was in the perfect location for visiting Jiuzhaigou National Park and the bus stop to take you to Huanglong was only a 10 minute walk away. Breakfast being included made the mornings before visiting the national park extremely easy. Communicating with staff behind the desk was a bit difficult due to the language barrier. Whilst we expected this, it felt as if we had to make the effort to translate rather than it being a two-way thin. Additionally, the shower in our room didn’t work very well.

Excellent and beautiful location, clean and tidy. The bed linens were very comfortable, warm, and thick. The view was absolutely stunning.

The location is good, about 1.3 kilometers from the scenic area entrance, a 15-20 minute walk, or a 10-yuan taxi ride. There are many popular restaurants and a supermarket nearby, which is a big plus. Breakfast was simple, but convenient if you're heading to Jiuzhaigou early. When taking the scenic area shuttle bus from the high-speed rail station, get off at Moon Bay and walk about 500 meters. For the return trip, the Zangwang Square station is more convenient. Remember to get there early, as the bus often arrives ahead of schedule.

The room was well-organized with a sensible layout, fully equipped, and spotlessly clean. The breakfast was plentiful, and the service was excellent. The location was also great, very lively, and convenient for shopping. We tried the yak hotpot, which was delicious, and the plums this season were particularly good. It's just a few minutes' walk to the scenic area, and the price was reasonable.
