Location is about 10-15mins walk to Jiuzhaigou. Free shuttle only in the morning.
Comfortable stay. Many breakfast choices beside hotel.
Counter ladies very helpful. I've trouble booking bus shuttle and she helped me. I saw another lady helped customers carry luggages up few steps in front of hotel.
After check-out. not sure where's the bus pick up point, the lady offered to drive us there. Luckily she did, otherwise we would missed the bus because the driver asked us to wait, said coming soon...but he drive pass us without stopping. Lady crashed after the bus and called him to stop for us. 😅 Good ending, bye to Jiuzhaigou! 👍😊

The hotel is very clean and cozy. There is both floor heating and air conditioning. The water is always warm enough, very spacious room for 3 people. The receptionist is 1000 points of service, very cute and super enthusiastic. 15 minutes walk from the JZG entrance or there is a free shuttle to the gate. Nominate nominate nominate (v^-゜)♪

Its a good place to stay if you’re visiting jiuzhaigou valley as they provide transportation to the place for free. The front desk staff also very helpful and communicative. I have a great experience here. Thank you very much☺️

The room has both an aircond and floor heater. The shower was magnificent with a antifog mirror. The location is near juizhaighou national park and staff are friendly despite the language barrier.

Everything was great during our stays. Loved it!!! Location, views from the front of hotel and services from the receptionists were amazing! Really recommend!!!

The location was approx 1.2km away from the entrance of car park. Free car parking while visiting the national park for 15 min walk . Basically it is ok. However, the owner added WeChat and messages us to request guests give 5/5 review. That is why put 4/5 here
