R ROYALSS HOTEL (Jiuzhaigou Valley Scenic and Historic Interest Area Tourist Center)

The only downside to this hotel is that the rooms are a bit small. Everything else is great. It's clean and tidy, and the service is excellent. They have their own restaurant for lunch and dinner, and the breakfast is decent, with regular dishes and even the option to have noodles cooked for you. My favorite part is the lobby, where you can get hot water. The lobby also has large tables with three-sided floor-to-ceiling windows, perfect for playing cards and ideal for groups traveling together looking for some entertainment.

Traveling with my partner, we arrived at Jiuzhaigou late and just picked the first hotel we saw. It was the closest to the bus drop-off point and the cheapest, so we booked it for one night. I'm giving it five stars because it truly delivered for the price. Service: The service was quite good. They prepared herbal tea, and the staff even walked us to the elevator. Breakfast: Breakfast was at a restaurant next to the hotel. The taste was decent, nothing special, but the selection was relatively rich. Location: It's not far from the scenic area, just a few minutes' drive.

The front desk staff were incredibly warm and efficient with the check-in process. The room was spacious and bright, and the cleanliness was impeccable – even the corners were spotless. A special shout-out to the bedding; it was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a perfect night's sleep. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options and tasted fantastic. Both the location and service were highly satisfying. I highly recommend this hotel! This hotel provided a full, exceptional experience! I strongly recommend it to all my friends visiting. Five-star rating!

The hotel is pretty good. It's very close to the NUS parking lot, which is convenient if you're taking the direct high-speed rail shuttle from there. You can drop off your luggage at the hotel in the morning and head out to explore. The restaurant downstairs also serves decent food.

Came to Jiuzhaigou with my daughter and saw that this hotel had great reviews, so we decided to give it a try. I felt it was excellent value for money. The front desk staff were all incredibly attentive and warm. The room, though small, was very clean. In the evening, they even offered free congee and small steamed buns, and even though I didn't have any, I really appreciated their thoughtfulness. We stayed for two nights, and on the second morning, we had to catch a bus at 6:30 AM. After I told the front desk, one of the ladies specifically prepared milk and a small pastry for us. They also offer free laundry service – I had spilled coke on my clothes on the way here, and they washed them perfectly clean. A huge thank you to all the front desk staff, you guys worked so hard! You absolutely deserve a good review.
