老闆的服務非常好，因為是給我媽和我媽朋友定的，我沒去。我媽回來反應説非常好，空調開得很足，他們出去玩，老闆還來收拾了房間，很乾凈，我媽説，下次去還定這家。老闆也是重慶人，推薦的飯館味道正宗哈哈哈哈哈哈哈，是一次不錯的住宿，祝老闆生意興隆，萬事如意！

前台態度非常好，特別熱情，主動幫忙搬行李，房間沒有異味，樓下生活設施便利，離景區入口一公里左右吧，方便出行，在那個地段相當對的起這個價格，九寨溝風景優美，隨手都能拍個漂亮的圖片，不虛此行！

衞生：還算比較乾淨
環境：這家店的位置到溝口有一公里，步行約二十分鐘左右，附近店鋪很多很吃飯買東西方便但早晚也有點吵。圖片就是酒店位置
設施：有些年頭有點老舊
服務：態度很好！沒有接送所以入店外也沒有多的接觸。九寨溝太美了，不同季節有機會再來！

For improvement:
-Room a bit dusty
-both bed and pillow are too soft to sleep
-transparent glass door for bathroom
Good:
-have heater and hot shower in room
-stairs to the hotel room, but the staff will offer help if you have luggage to carry
-walking distance from hotel to scenic spot, 20-25 minutes walk
-walking distance from hotel to shuttle bus pick up point (moon bay parking point, 5-10 mins walk)
-disposable amenities set (disposable towels provided)
-eatery place outside the hotel
-can leave your luggage at the hotel after check out
-the hotel staff is friendly and you can ask for directions if unsure

酒店位置很棒，離九寨溝大門大約一公里，步行20分鐘可到。周圍好多好多飯店超市，非常方便。老闆非常專業，非常周到，還為遊客提供遊覽的線路指南和注意事項。停車還算方便，旺季時定位到酒店附近打電話，小哥會來接引停好車子。選擇酒店時特別挑選了淋浴間有隔斷的，這樣洗完澡不會搞得到處都是水。房間有空調、床的兩邊都有插座、有電熱水壺、電吹風，一次性的洗漱用品，很齊備。
設備有些老舊，比如洗臉盆的水龍頭搖搖晃晃，淋浴花灑接頭噴水，淋浴門關不嚴實。但是瑕不掩瑜，對這次兩晚的住宿及享受到的服務還是非常滿意的。

房間小但乾淨，設施簡陋點，但景區旺季三百多的價格不要求多了，窗外的噪音有點大，空調開着開着就自動關了，算了乾淨就可以了，前台的美女和帥哥很熱情，也很nice，服務還是很好的，給了很多旅遊建議，總的來説還不錯
