Even though the hotel is really up on a hill, the front desk lady was super nice, and the room was great – very pretty and the heated floors were amazing, super warm! The hotel has a shuttle service, and the driver (an uncle, as we say in China) was incredibly helpful. He recommended places for us to eat, and when we couldn't get train tickets, he even helped us out. He also drove us to dinner sometimes! Really excellent service!!
