Would recommend to anyone staying in Jiuzhaigou. The rooms were clean, modern, and very comfortable. Communication was excellent, with lightning-fast responses via a shared WeChat group, making it easy to ask questions or request help at any time. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, truly going above and beyond to make our trip seamless. They offered pick-up and drop-off services, assisted us with planning, and helped book our visits to Jiuzhaigou and Huanglong National Parks. We honestly can’t thank them enough for their care and attention. The hotel is located near the entrance area of Jiuzhaigou (about 1.5 hours from Huanglong Jiuzhai Station) and just a few minutes’ drive from the national park entrance. While it’s not in the main town center with restaurants, the staff were extremely accommodating and happily drove us to nearby towns for dining. Overall, an exceptional stay with outstanding service.

The room was spacious. It was very cold outside in Jiuzhaigou, but the room was warm and inviting. The butler was very thoughtful, turning on the underfloor heating beforehand and providing welcome fruit. They helped with my luggage and told me to call them immediately if I needed anything. Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area shuttle service: The butler asked about my departure time in advance, dropping me off in the morning and picking me up quickly in the afternoon via WeChat. Amenities: The room had a smart thermostatic toilet, underfloor heating, and air conditioning. It's a chain brand, so the service and cleanliness were impeccable. Highly recommended.

Hilton Garden Inn Jiuzhai Luneng is located in Zhangzha Town, Jiuzhaigou County, in the north of Sichuan Province, China.It is 75 kilometers away from the Jiuzhai- Huanglong Airport as 1.5-hour drive. It is only 12 kilometers away from Jiuzhaigou National Nature Reserve, about 15 minutes by car.The hotel is equipped with 315 guest rooms, including suites and family rooms.Equipped with fitness facilities and children's facilities, a family room, a 24-hour convenience store, and a self-service laundry room. Attached to the commercial complex of Luneng Meihui Town, it provides a comfortable and heart-warming service experience for family travel.

Just as its name suggests, 'Stargazing' truly lives up to it—you can genuinely see a sky full of stars at night. The rooms and common areas are beautiful, and it's not a case of misleading photos; the decor is genuinely practical and thoughtfully designed to a high standard. It features underfloor heating throughout, premium mattresses, smart home systems, and instant hot water. The linens and amenities are also high-end, ensuring a very comfortable and secure sleep. Breakfast is a buffet, offering essentials like freshly ground coffee, fresh juice, and hot noodle soup, all of which are homemade in the kitchen and of good quality. The 24-hour front desk service is always responsive, and the cleanliness is impeccable. The hotel also offers dinner, and I highly recommend the yak hotpot—it was delicious! Of course, due to its location deep within Zhongzha Valley, it takes about a 20-minute drive to get to the Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area. In the morning, the hotel provides a shuttle service to the scenic area at fixed times, but parking spaces are limited. If you're returning from the scenic area at night, you'll need to take a taxi (around 50 RMB during peak hours). This might be inconvenient during peak season, but I heard the owner is considering partnering with a car service. Overall, if I visit Jiuzhaigou again, I would definitely choose to stay here.

An incredibly satisfying experience! The hotel environment is excellent, clean, and tidy. The room is very spacious with new facilities, including a smart toilet and a very comfortable mattress. The hotel service is also great! They helped us with our luggage. I was initially worried the room might be cold, but the hotel staff had already turned on the heating for us, so it was very warm! The hot water for showering at night was also excellent! The hotel even provided shuttle service to and from the scenic area. On the second night, when we were having dinner at a restaurant, the driver, despite being off-duty, came to pick us up from the restaurant and take us back to the hotel! Overall, I'm very pleased! Highly recommended!

Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area pick-up: First of all, the room is very clean and tidy, the twin bed 1.5 rice bed, too friendly to families with two children, the whole house smart home, wash towels and bath towels are provided by the boss, this is great, we are traveling by car, The parking lot at the entrance of the scenic spot is expensive and far away. The boss generously asked us to park the car at his door and send us to the gate of the scenic spot. We can immediately enter the ditch when we get off the bus. This family really closes their eyes.

It is only a three minute drive from Jiuzhai Luneng Holy Land Town, where there are cinemas, cafes, specialty restaurants, bars, and campfire performances with complete infrastructure construction

The room was clean and spacious, and the underfloor heating was incredibly warm – almost too warm at night! The hot water pressure was great, and the screen casting feature worked perfectly. Breakfast in the morning was also very good! They even provide a shuttle service to the entrance of the scenic area. I've stayed in many hotels, and this one truly offers incredible value for money. I'm really satisfied and will definitely stay here again!
