For the rate charged at this hotel, I expect more than one 200ml bottle of still water for 2 guests in the room. The biggest issue is breakfast. Very basic, poorly prepared food. A toaster that requires you to put bread through 4 times. A manager that tells you nothing much is being done now because they are waiting to renovate. When we got up in the middle of our breakfast to get more food items, our table was cleared of all food, juice and freshly poured coffee. Poor management at the restaurant

The environment is ok and relatively quiet. There are relatively few facilities around the hotel, and taxis are used for travel. The service at the front desk was warm. More guests staying, overall good

Good place to stay while in JoBurg. Rooms need a serious update, our room was not even close to the pictures on the hotel website. (Expected a room like the ones on the website, especially as a Titanium Elite guest) Check-in was good, Kaya was very helpfull during our 3 day stay as was Happiness. The hotel and rooms are clean, good bed. Hotel has a convinient shuttle to the Mall of Africa. The on site restaurant and bar are excellent, dined two times and enjoyed the dishes (steak, kudu and chicken) and the presentation of the food. Sydwell was both times our waiter and made our visit memorable.

Everything about our stay was amazing, the location, the staff and the food and who can forget the Grown up milkshakes. Thank you Raymond. The hotel has a great location with a shopping precinct on it's doorstep, multiple cafés and restaurants within minutes. Also the Joburg hop on hop off bus, stops just outside the hotel. A very comfortable stay, I just wish we had longer. I would definitely recommend this hotel too friends and family. In fact I have. I hope too return soon but in the meantime I would like to thank all of the staff at the hotel for for a lovely stay and a fantastic birthday. Thank you especially too Londiwe, Les, Aaron, Ewart, Raymond and not forgetting Mr.T. thank you all again
