Run away! The management at this place has absolutely ruined it. Many amenities out of order and unavailable including the pool for most of our stay. Hot tub was out of order when we arrived, I called to check to make sure it was back up before driving back this evening and was assured it was up. I found it full of sand only to be told by the front desk attendant(Miranda) that the sand was normal even after showing her these photos. Then everything closed for 2 days and on the last day of our trip we tried the hot tub only to find it as cold as the pool. I was told it was a heater issue. No one at the hotel really cares at all. It run so poorly for so long they just go dead face stare when you explain the issues with your stay and don't empathize or try to hep at all. Seriously, stay anywhere else. Also, no towels available at the pool and no waffles, no eggs and no OJ at breakfast.

Staffing and overall customer service appears to be diminishing here. cleanliness, security, and putting customers first all get low ratings. Room card did not work in 4 of 5 exterior doors. Hotel is clearly falling into disrepair. Breakfast was good.

Hotel itself is ok, pool and hot tub are the best things about the hotel. Staff is lacking and not professional. Check in room way longer than it should have. When we finally got to our room one of the beds looked like someone had already slept in it. The TV remote didn’t work well and the tv quality was poor. Breakfast was horrible. It was 8:30 am on a Saturday and all the food was gone. Several people, myself included went to the front desk, as we didn’t see any kitchen staff and asked if there would be more food put out, they said it was in the oven. About 10-15 minutes later they brought out some cold/frozen pastries. The eggs were not hot, they were warm. The dinning area was also very messy. Overall it was very disappointing.

We are well traveled and have had some pretty terrible experiences, but this hotel has all of them beat. Blood stained sheets, unclean rooms, unprofessional general manager, and made to feel unsafe and unwelcome.

This was the most comfortable experience I've had in this area! The room was clean and spacious, the heater was quiet and kept the room at a comfortable temperature, and the place was quiet. We stayed 2 nights, and both mornings the breakfast was very enjoyable. We encountered only one minor inconvenience. We were in a accessible room, but the bathroom had a standard bathtub. The side of the tub was high enough that my mobility-impaired wife had a bit of difficulty getting in. And the rod from which the shower curtain was hung was too low, allowing the shower curtain to hang too far into the tub. Overall this was a very enjoyable stay, and this will be my lodging of preference on future visits.

I’ll start off with positives. The pool area, the young man that worked at the front desk and the maintenance guy all real nice! Breakfast was decent with a lot of selections. The beds were absolutely disgusting. We looked at 3 rooms. Stained. Hairs. Just nasty

The room was overused and overbooked with few updates! Breakfast was Ok. Staff needs to learn how to use the vacuum cleaner. Lint covered the rollway bed pillows and comforter. Found garbage under the rollway bed. As stated, room meets the bare minimum standards, it does not delight the customer.

Interesting location. It's just off of Highway 94, but there' no close exit. You have to drive around the country roads to find it. The good news - it's worth the drive. Very professional staff, clean and comfortable.

AAA discount of $119.21 + tax = $135.31 is on the pricey side for a Sunday night. It was a nice room for the one night despite a slight mildew odor (circulation of air?). Two queen beds, fridge w/freezer, micro, 55” TV and a seating area. At first we had trouble with the a/c. The maintenance man came and fixed the problem. Apparently they have a new system with some kinks. Plenty of parking here in an apparent safe area. An average stay.
