Very new and clean apartment, staff is friendly and service is good.

Everything is great. Below got makan place that is 24 hours (so we breakfast and had dinner here), affordable, and also a convenient massage place. Got free parking. Even though near the border, we booked this apt as we were waiting for another family member coming at night. Good for a pit-stop kind. There is 3 bathrooms (2 in room, 1 common), one has a bath tub. Very clean.

Overall very happy with this stay.. the managing agent is very nice to arrange 2 Carpark passes for us.. location is excellent with sea view & can see custom. Rooms are spacious and clean..

Great location, spacious enough for a family of 7. provide with a great view. But i wish the surrounding area would be cleaner; as i notice a mouse entering the mall compound.

Check in and out was quick. Very spacious apartment with great view, perfect for families or group of friends.

Apartment is spacious and clean & check-in staff and security guards are friendly. Something to note is the toilets have no bidet. Also, a portion of the linking bridge from CIQ to R&F is under construction till 31 Mar 2024 so would advise just to book a Grab.

Princess Cove was a pleasant place to stay. During the weekdays the stores are a bit empty, but Friday-Sunday it picks up with local food and trucks. Everyone was very helpful and nice. The room was excellent. Everything worked well and up to date. The facilities were also good. Used the gym, but didn't get to use the rest of the facilities because I was alone. Management was really good as well, replied to my messages on time. Would stay there again. Thank you.

Location was very conveniently near CIQ. However, it would be better if adequate shampoo/ shower gel is provided.

Everything was so clean and great. Staffs service was excellent. Will definitely come back again if there is another chance.

Was skeptical about the size of the apartment in relation to the price we paid, however it turned out to be a great experience. The facilities and services provided by the staff had been personal and of high quality. They gave us two carpark lots upon request. The location was close to CIQ. High floor, so good view of the causeway. There were sufficient eateries on the ground floor to keep us full. However, though its not in the control of the operators, the carpark in the basement was extremely confusing and it will take you some time to find park near the lift lobby of your block.

Check in easy . Office on ground level . Staff helpful . Great view good unit very high floor . Work well we has 6 sharing 4 bedroom . 2 couple 2 single .
