Location is great, you can access to paradigm mall easily. Drove in & carpark is quite safe, there is security guard patrolling which is great. Carpark is located at level 6 to have access to hotel, do note there is no complimentary parking. Is RM6, remember to validate your touchNgo 😉
Room is fine, spacious & have the required amenities. There is usb charging so no plugs needed! But it charges very slowly. Smart TV & I was able to chromecast, yay! The downsides are pillows are too soft & the faulty aircon temperature adjustment function. Doesn’t seemed to lower the temp & it’s warm through the night …

Stayed at Hyatt Place Johor recently. Overall, the stay was pretty okay — the room was comfortable and the hotel itself has a nice vibe. Easy access to the Mall.
But honestly, the bathroom cleanliness could’ve been better. That was the one thing that stood out in a not-so-great way. For a place under the Hyatt name, I expected a bit more attention to detail.
If they improve on that, it would definitely be a much better experience. Not a bad stay, just a bit of bathroom for improvement!

A Wonderful Stay, Minor Bummer
My wife and I recently celebrated my birthday at the Hyatt Place, and it was a special experience. The hotel surprised us with a welcome cake, which was a lovely touch. The room was immaculately clean and spacious, making our stay comfortable.
The location is fantastic - being directly below a huge mall is super convenient. It's perfectly situated for shopping, dining, and exploring the area.
The only downside was that the pool was closed when we arrived, which was a bit disappointing. We're not sure what the reason was, but hopefully, it's resolved now.
Overall, despite the pool being closed, our stay was wonderful, and the hotel's amenities and location made it a great choice for our birthday celebration.

Had a fabulous stay at Hyatt Place. While this place is further from CIQ, it also means it is nearer to the locals. Appreciate hotel’s accommodation to our connecting room request. The rooms are spacious with the signature Hyatt corner, complete with a table big enough to serve as dining table for 4. Being directly linked to Paradigm Mall means convenience and shopping at your door step. A pity the pool was undergoing maintenance so we couldn’t review that. Overall a very positive experience and we already booked our next trip!

Check in was fast, the recpt was very nice, gave me 2 rooms side by side as she noticed I am with my elderly parent. Chk out can be done online and it was a breeze. The room was clean and spacious. Its 20 mins away from jb sentral. do be prepare for traffic jam. The mall has alot of shops and activities. can explore for at least 2 days. Gym was okay, the air conditioning can be stronger. The water filter at the gym, the button require cleaning.

Like always, I enjoyed my stay at Hyatt Place!
The check-in process was smooth and the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive throughout my stay. The room was clean, beautifully furnished and very comfortable.
The location was ideal—connected to the mall but still peaceful and quiet at night.
Overall, I highly recommend Hyatt Place Paradigm Mall to anyone visiting the area. Great value, exceptional service, and a truly relaxing atmosphere. I will definitely be returning!
