I was stuck in traffic on the way to check in. I wan to inform will be late check in, but they keep rejected My calls more then 25 times. I had text trip customer service to inform will be late check in. Can imagine, while driving text a massege? Worse service ever. When i check in the counter is not Malaysian. Might be foreign workers. He mentioned room is ready. Room no 215. I entered the room, is still not clean yet. I attached the photo. He changed other room for me, is 201 room. Is clean. Inside room have a lots Of cockroch. Teribble hotel i was staying last week. I wont recommend this hotel. Bad service!!

Within the vicinity of city centre. Got 7E, KK Mart, mamak walking distance. Budget hotel.

Well the price you paid for it during peak season with high price can’t be avoided. Room was small and lack of amenities, lighting can be improved and also to ask for room with windows if possible.

This is the first time I have encountered such a bad room in my 30s. The hygiene and facilities are so bad that the cups in the room can be twisted out of the water. The room smells bad, there are hairs everywhere, and the smell of mold scares me.

I love the hotel because it’s clean and nice environment. The staff are very welcoming and accommodating with great smile. The place is clean with a nice good sleep at night. I will be back here in hotel when i come back to Malaysia. Thanks for accommodating us with extraordinary customer service.
