Very convenient location as it is just outside after you pass through the checkpoint. Breakfast is not bad and room is comfortable. Pillows abit too soft though.

Good to be back again at Holiday inn. Its been awhile. Breakfast spread clearly improved. More choices. Almost similar to Hyatt place paradigm mall.

Overall, we had a wonderful stay. The hotel is conveniently located near CIQ, and the room was spacious. They provide both firm and soft pillows, which is a nice touch, but the mattress is quite firm, so keep that in mind if you prefer soft. Breakfast had a good selection as well. There is parking on JBCC KOMTAR LEVEL 7 for FREE just let the receptionist know your car plate. Overall, a great place to stay 👍🏻.

discovered two baby roaches in the twin room and was changed to a suite room promptly. Thanks Katherine for responding quickly.
suite room was pleasant. i don’t fault the hotel for the bugs in the twin room, could be from previous guests.

Aircon in room isn’t cold. Unable to adjust temperature. There is light blinking in the fire detector right above our bed. Feedback to front desk while checking out she asked did we inform the night before. It’s already so late in the night when we came back. When about to sleep we off the lights and realise something blinking above. Not comfortable at all.

Hotel located right next to CIQ and room was very spacious. They provided 2 types of pillow (firm & soft) which is a good touch, however mattress is on the firmer side so something to take note esp for those who prefer softer mattresses. Breakfast selection was decent too, overall would recommend 👍🏻

1) beds were too hard for our liking
2) room assigned can hear the lift motor, it was loud and we were unable to sleep well
3) corridor noise was loud
4) location was good
5) requested birthday but no cake/ bday set up given

Here on a business trip. The service was very good. I needed to take a cab to my destination early in the morning for work. I asked the front desk how to go about doing it. They told me to download Grab app but I had some difficulties doing so. They offered to call the Grab for me and I paid the driver cash. They even brought me down to find the Grab car for me because I'm a foreigner and they were worried that I might get lost or could not find the car. Very nice and thoughtful of them!
The 1st night I could easily connect to their WiFi. But on 2nd night there were some issues I could not resolve so I called the front desk quite late at night. They sent someone up immediately but he too could not solve the problem. They told us the tech people had already left work so they also don't know how else they could help. They were very apologetic and kept apologising to us for the inconvenience caused.
Overall it was a very good stay with good and friendly service. Would go back to stay if I have another work trip.
