KSL Hotel & Resort Photos

This is our first stay at KSL Hotel & Resort and immediately we are falling in love with it. Here is the feedback based on our experience. Location: 5/5. Super duper convenient to the nearby eatery via grab or walking distance. Cleanliness: 4/5. We saw some coarse grain sugar dropped by the previous guest and not properly clean/overlooked by the housekeeper. Bed, pillow & toilet are clean. Amenities: 4/5. We booked a 3 guests room but only received a necessity for 2 guests, like bath towel, toothbrush, hotel slippers & cups. No supply for the shower cap, sanitary bag & laundry bag, please bring your own if needed. The wardrobe hang bar in vertical orientation instead of horizontal where it relatively reduces the amount of clothes you can hang. The shower glass door cannot close properly and eventually the shower water split out to the dry area. Toilet seat with build in bidet which is a plus point. Hotel room card was given 3 cards. Service: 4.5/5. Check-in and checkout are both very smooth and fast. Hotel also provided luggage storage which is great where you can park your luggages b4 check-in or after checkout, great and thanks a lot for that. I think that's why the hotel doesn't have the lobby area with sofa coz the management uses the space for the guest to store their luggages while they can do their errands. We will definitely come to stay at KSL Hotel & Resort if the price is right 👍.

Good for business travellers. Quiet, spacious desk for working, lighting is good. Tv is connected to Youtube and able to log in netflix. Various breakfast variety available. The only problem i encounter is the aircond not consistent. Different temperature feel at one side of the bed.

My second stay here . This time I booked the single + queen bedroom , which fits us but only provide 2 toothbrush & towels . I WhatsApp them for extra, fast respond and sent after 15 mins . Aircon is cold enough for the hot weather. There is a Coway water dispenser near to the lift . Many eateries surrounding, but pricy .

Hotel is clean and tidy. Location is good and convenient. Shopping center is just below the hotel. Definitely will book again. Highly recommended 👍🏻…

KSL is my first choice when u visit in JB. The location is great and many restaurant inside the mall. Room clean but the shower pot can't adjustable.

Very easy to find restaurant and massage places, and the hotel very nice and clean, will book again !

Use to stay this hotel for business trip. Get a bad room with dusty aircond outlet, toilet door spoil, dusty window

Room was so so, old vibes and not really very pleasant. Toilet has no shower head but only shower rain.
