The location is excellent and especially useful when watching midnight show. Need to know how to walk back through the car park after the show as the usual door is shuttered even when there is a card access.
The morning buffet was average. The staff are super helpful.

I love the location of St Giles, which is conveniently connected to Mid Valley Southkey Mall.
The rooms are located up to the 23rd floor, offering a pleasant view of JB.
There’s no bottled water provided, but each room comes with a water flask. Water dispensers are available on every floor for refilling the flask or your own bottles.
I will definitely stay here again — it’ll be my No. 1 choice for an overnight stay in JB for shopping and makan trips.

Nice, clean and service staff are friendly!
My 2nd time here! It's super convenient too as it links to midvalley South key. There's many good restaurants such as Oriental Kopi

The check-in was smooth and the room was decorate with swan towel and the balloon and slice cake for wedding anniversary. The breakfast was awesome.

Informed the hotel via trip app that my partner is celebrating his birthday. Was pleasantly surprised when we got a lovely birthday backdrop and a slice of cake. There is also a refreshing welcome drink to be redeemed at the top floor, where the pool is also located. Overall a lovey stay, except that be prepared that Sat-Sun weekends are packed.
