Roaches, dirty, smelly, non smoking room smoked in, bathroom dirty. Mini split a/c moldy and smelly. Did I mention roaches.

Worst hotel I ever stayed at
Just the worst. Dirty unkept mold on ceiling. Hole in wall. Sheets stained
Worn out furniture. Guy asking for money in lobby and outside in parking lot. Staff knew didn’t seem to cater.

Pretty normal. They were very nice.
Some small things could have used upkeep (door lock, shampoo bottle refill, bleaching/replacing older towels/sheets)

Customer service was/is welcoming. Room was clean. They showers curtain bed comforter and headboard had some kind of stain(s) the office chair vinyl was peeling the small refrigerator has damaged.

The hotel was just fine but there wasn't any place close to eat.

I was given keys for room 122 I immediately went back to the front desk and requested a new room the linen I'm the room was soiled I took pictures so I was given another room 102 and this room had the same issues and the carpet was dirty I asked for fresh linen I was given a blanket from the dryer with stains too I asked for a vacuum I knew she'd say I'll come by she gave me the vacuum to clean my own room I'm so never staying at a Baymont hotel this was ridiculous

The staff was very friendly, and our rooms smelled clean with clean comfortable bedding. The bathroom light fixture cover fell on me while showering (light plastic so it didn't hurt) and there was a brown water stain ring in the bottom of the tub. Otherwise, our stay was comfortable. Ac and heat worked just fine.
