Facilities: Airport shuttle is available, departing every hour. You need to contact the hotel to pick you up at the airport, which is more convenient via WhatsApp. There is an outdoor swimming pool, which is very beautiful.
Hygiene: Clean and tidy
Environment: The surrounding area is very quiet. It seems that there is not much sightseeing and shopping. It is a good place for a short stopover.
Service: There is a bar, Italian restaurant and steak restaurant in the hotel. The portions are large.

The environment is OK. It is close to the airport and there is a shuttle bus. It is very convenient to call the hotel for a taxi when you arrive. It is also very convenient to send you to the airport in the morning. The facilities are old.

This place is a dump with no air conditioning. You cannot control your own room temperature. We had to open our window the 6 inches it allows and listen to the freeway all night with the gas station lights in our eyes. We called down and walked down to the front desk for help and they couldn’t do anything to help us. Not even a plug in fan. Our friends stayed too and their rooms were the same. At 250$ USD a night it’s ridiculous.

I booked this hotel for 3 nights to make an overnight visit to Iguazu Falls on the 2nd day easy. I tried to get the airport shuttle back from EZE to the hotel following the front desk’s instructions for using WhatsApp. I was first given info on a shuttle to the airport instead of from. Then received no response despite 2 more tries and had to find my own transportation. When I brought the issue to the attention of the front desk, I was told I was wrong until they finally looked at their WhatsApp account and saw my messages with no response. Then received the weakest I’m sorry.
