Best Hotels in Jouy-aux-Arches, France

We have been used to this first class hotel for many years. We always find the same kindness from the staff, the cleanness of the room and an unslaughty price. I add that I have often had a contact in advance to express our preferences as regards the situation in the room and that I have always had a quick and courteous answer and the satisfaction of my request.

The hotel was superbly renovated. The comfort of beds was remarkable. Very beautiful decor of the hotel. The staff very helpful and listening I strongly recommend this hotel

Excellent one night stay. Reception opened punctually at 17.00 and check-in was handled with a minimum of fuss and very efficiently. Nice cool room at the rear allocated on a hot day. Breakfast is at a small additional cost and adequate for a stop-over – the French bread and croissants were very fresh. Safe parking. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Have stayed before and will stay again!

The experience is very good, very hygienic, very close to the train station, very convenient, and it’s only a ten to twenty minutes walk from the city center. There are also restaurants and cafes nearby.

The hotel is located in the center of Metz, next to the concert hall, not far from the old town. It is convenient to eat and go shopping. The restaurant on the first floor of the hotel is decorated with characteristics. The room was clean and the bedding was good.

We chose this hotel because of the location which is in the city center. Really great location on walking distance from the shops and restaurants. You need to book the parking garage under the hotel in advance. We did not do that but luckily there was a place available, costs are 9 Euro. Check in at the hotel was ok but the receptionist was not very friendly. At check out there was a nice lady who was friendly. The room is small but ok. The bathroom was a huge disappointment, very outdated and needs renovation. The shower is situated in the corner and therefore very small. It has a shower curtain which I do not find hygienic. Bathroom joints are dirty and in the sink there was a yellow stain. Toilet seat was not steady. There was no bottle of water in the room. There only was a kettle, but no tea bags, cups, sugar etc. I think there are better options for a hotel in Metz.

Room side qua of the station, with all that it has disturbances: - the tails on the outside windows of the room - the absence of tails and only the middle-occult and dirty tails and ridges - the noise disturbances: Passage of passenger trains, and goods night, as well as SNCF ads Furthermore, the smells associated with lately prepared kitchen by some residents have been very disturbing. Finally, there was no possible internet flow in my room (My colleague came to check it with his computer; he was on the 3rd floor where the wifi was easily accessible). I usually reported these problems at the home, and I was very badly received by the Director, and a staff member in particular. It was told me, with a authoritarian attitude and tone, I quote, ”you have a bad fall,” ”you have to change a residence apartment or take a classic hotel,” ”I am not a internet flow boundary technician on the roofs” ”Do you want to stop your stay immediately?”, ”the problems you signal are according to each one, each of them is sensitive and we cannot take it into account for each of our customers”, ”What do you think, here we have 130 rooms all occupied by all different guests at all times” etc ... To finish, the breakfast room is not all welcome, it is dark, badly scheduled, and the choice of food is only apparent, and fast limited in the week, for example the tea bag box remains half-touched, as well as the cookies basket, you have to do with what remains, and the coffee of the machine is only uninfused. The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable.

Stayed here on the way back to the UK. It's a large and very pleasant modern hotel that's very clean, fresh and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and spoke several languages. The rooms are large with very effective air conditioning and the bathroom has a walk in shower room with a very powerful shower. The beds were large - probably queen size at least and very comfortable. Windows triple glazed. Plenty of power points. This hotel was way above my expectations and I will certainly choose to stay here again if I'm in the area. Highly recommended.
