Harry at the front desk was equally outstanding—helpful, gracious, and always ready to assist. Communication through WhatsApp was seamless, with remarkably quick responses whenever we had a question or request. The room was impeccably maintained, comfortable, and provided exactly the kind of peaceful retreat I was hoping for. As a busy physician visiting from New York, Kafen offered a rare opportunity to truly disconnect, slow down, and recharge. My sincere thanks to the entire team, especially Milton and Harry, for making the stay so memorable. I look forward to returning to Kafen on a future visit to El Salvador."
