Flower International Hotel ★★★★
"Flowers International Hotel was recommended by our local guide as a Chinese-built hotel. It's very close to Juba Airport and not far from Beijing Supermarket. You can order Chinese food on the first floor, and while it's much more expensive than back home, the taste is pretty good. It's a real treat to have hot Chinese food in a relatively underdeveloped country like this. There's a bar-like place across from the hotel that was blasting music late into the night. My street-facing room was so noisy I couldn't sleep at all. When I asked the front desk to change rooms, they told me they were fully booked. The bathroom drainage and hot water system weren't great; it was easy for the shower to flood. However, the decor is considered quite good for the area. The most outrageous things were finding bloodstains on the sheets and having my door suddenly opened in the middle of the night by two guests who just said sorry and left. The whole experience was truly hard to describe."
Pyramid Continental Hotel ★★★★★
