"This is my second visit to this place and really nothing has changed in terms of hospitality and service. We stayed here for 3 nights. From booking to checking in and checking out, the whole process was very seamless. The hotel arranged cabs for us from Veraval railway station to the hotel. Mr. Moin completed the check in process within a few minutes. We reached the hotel much before the check in time, but the hotel arranged all our 4 river view rooms with minimal waiting time. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The vegetarian food served to us was very delicious. There were a variety of dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Mr. Salim helped us in arranging the vehicles for the safari. The owner of the hotel Mr. Anil is a very humble person. He interacted with us and always checked if everything was fine with us. We spotted lots of crocodiles basking in the sun near the river Hiren that is just behind the hotel. This place has a variety of fruit bearing trees and flowers. It also has a museum for Mango. Overall we had a comfortable stay at this hotel and I will highly recommend this place to people with family."

"I stayed at Pride Biznotel, Sasan Gir for a couple of days during my trip to Gir and it was a really good experience overall. The hotel is clean and well maintained, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. Food was nice too, especially the Gujarati dishes in the buffet. What I really want to mention is the staff — they are very polite and quick to help. A special thanks to Mr. Avinash Pandey who personally made sure my stay was comfortable. He helped me with safari timings, gave suggestions, and was always around whenever I needed any support. That made my stay much smoother and enjoyable. The location is also quite convenient, just a short drive from the safari gate, which helps a lot for the early morning rides. WiFi was a bit patchy at times, but I think that’s normal in this area. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sasan Gir."
