At the check-in, the price given by the handsome guy on duty was higher than the price on the Internet. After I booked the room online, I checked in. The handsome guy said that he hadn't received my reservation message yet and had to wait for an hour. Feedback to the reservation customer service, said that it was booked through the agent, let me wait a moment, deal with it immediately. Ask the handsome guy if he can connect to WiFi, the handsome guy said Chicki can't do it before. Fortunately, my customer service followed up quickly and solved the problem within 20 minutes. But when I checked in, the handsome guy knew I was a foreigner, had a limited English level, and still spoke at a very fast speed. This was the first time I had ever come to the United States. However, the next morning for breakfast and check-out, the other staff was very friendly.
