作為本地知名的高檔酒店，整體服務態度值得肯定，前台人員熱情周到，但針對入住期間反饋的問題（如直飲水泛黃、衞生問題等）未能及時跟進處理，希望後續能加強客訴響應機制。
地理位置優越，周邊交通便捷，遺憾的是酒店未配備獨立停車場，公共停車位緊張，自駕客人需自行尋找附近收費車位，建議提前協調停車資源。
硬件設施方面，直飲水系統的設計理念值得點贊，但實際水質存在明顯污染問題（出水口呈黃色），存在健康隱患，亟待排查管道或水源污染問題。
衞生狀況與高檔定位嚴重不符，房間清潔存在死角，布草及衞浴設施有明顯污漬，建議全面升級清潔標準及硬件配置。
總體而言，酒店在服務意識和地理位置上具備優勢，但在衞生管理、設施維護及客訴處理效率方面亟待改進，期待能看到實質提升。

笑容可掬的迎賓前台，態度和藹可親，乾乾淨淨的房間給免費升級，想多要兩瓶水服務員馬上就給送到，早餐很豐富，尤其是木碗羊雜和奶茶味道好的不要不要的，酸米飯老鹹菜，，，吃的吃的就多了，，，哈哈，，很回味，還會去住的！謝謝商家！

酒店設施有點老，管理觀念也沒完全跟上。房間就放兩瓶免費的水。到前台取多點，説衹能服務員送到房間。房間到有不少收費物品，有些也不清楚是否收費的。不過房價到是很實惠，早餐也不差。
