La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Jupiter

Location was great needed to be near the Jupiter Medical Center to attend to a family member in the hospital. Continental breakfast was very good, hot eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, as well as pancakes, waffles, yogurt and cereal. The room was clean and renovated however it did have a slight smell upon entering. The staff at the desk was so kind and helpful, check in went very smoothly and when I needed extra towels they provided them with ease.

There was black hair on my pillows, not mine. There were stains on part of the sheets. And they still haven't released the $50 fee. The faucet to the bathroom was loose. I will not go back!

The floor is good, but it’s too moisture or too cold conditioner air! The location is safe place, but solo travel, you need to take your car, instead of taking bus! The service counter is really good and staple meals good!

The only thing that we really didn't like was the lighting in the room. The mirror with light was equivalent to a neon sign for the light it produced and their were only 2 dim lamps in the room. The breakfast was good but it was the same thing every day. The staff was super nice and the rooms were clean as far as we could see in the dim room. Location is great easy to get in and out of and close enough to everything we wanted to do. We would definitely stay there again.

Room was clean but smelt moldy. The bathroom shower leaked all over the floor every time you showered. It was a quiet place, you felt safe. Bed was uncomfortable, but better than the floor/car. The AC ****** in our room. It was 60degrees but felt like 73degrees. Parking was good, nice big parking lot. Front desk was nice and friendly.

Price and location were excellent. Great girl at the front desk, very pleasant, welcoming and kind. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a nice selection. Pool deck area could use some maintenance, and other areas outside could use seating for individuals that want to be outside but not at the pool; my husband has difficulty walking and did not have any place to sit that was nearby. Two issues i did have that concern me. 1. Walking around outside, i found a door that requires they key card, propped open so anyone could enter; this is a safety concern. 2. I hung the do not disturb on the outside of my room door. I did this so that housekeeping would know to skip my room. I was at the pool and my purse was in my room. When I returned, the do not disturb sign was inside and housekeeping had been in my room. This was concerning, again a security issue for me. Also, at least 1.5 hours before check out time, on the day i was due to check out, housekeeping knocked on the door to let me know they were there to clean the room. While I appreciate a clean room and I understand they have many rooms to take care of, I also appreciate my privacy and not having them going to rooms that have not checked out yet.

The first day, when we returned at 1:30 p.m. from the beach, my room on the first floor was flooded, all my clothes and personal things were soaked. They decide to send us to the second floor and they gave us room 225 to our surprise, the air conditioning in that room was not good and the smell was disgusting and, of course, we asked for another room... after 30 minutes they gave us room 227, it was fine... but the air conditioning was not cold enough... Two different times we asked about the supervisor, they replied that she is not available, that they will give her the message that we want to talk to her. Terrible how you can't talk to a manager at any time. Things happen, but it's best to talk to the client. For me, this hotel is crossed out of my list of hotels in that area.

Our room was dirty and outdated, had kids scribbles all over the backside of the doors with hand prints and dirty marks. Bathroom was very outdated and dirty.
