Absolutely terrible dark dingy dirty staircase you be a mountain lion to climb the staircase There is no lift available and you find the staircase. It’s very steep and wind around on itself so if you’ve got a heavy case, it’s gonna be very difficult for you and your families to get into one of the top rooms. The way which the so-called hotel has a so-called in a very loose term it’s very poor very dated and all you gotta do is look at the photos and explain to you. Honestly, give this a wide birth. Find something better if only for your mental health.

We stayed from October 30 to 2 for professional purposes. Despite the reviews, we decided to book a room in this hotel. Even if it was just to sleep, but there is a minimum to respect. We were in room 10. Negative point: The bedding is really not comfortable, a smell of humidity, the defective blind with a daylight that lets in light and the noise of cars, add to that the 3 spotlights above from my head. The walls of the room are very thin and so we could hear everything and to top it off, I wanted to take a nice hot bath after a long day of work but the flow was difficult and the water was cold after a few minutes . Exit relaxation to make way for the shower. Positive point: wifi and Netfix are available even if I didn't have time to watch the TV. Above all, the food is excellent! The wait time to be served is quite long (30-40min) but it is worth the wait. The Flemish carbonade is delicious and the staff is nice. We left disappointed and not very rested. The photos suggest a modern renovation but it is only a smoke screen. There would still be other negative points to raise but what’s the point…

The receptionist was helpful. But that didn't change the fact that we didn't have hot water and the toilet was built right next to the bathtub - but not attached. The radiators aren't firmly attached either. The price-performance ratio is not OK. The food in the restaurant is delicious, but the prices are overpriced. The owner(s) obviously don't care much about maintenance, because these defects have been published on various portals for several months.

A very well located hotel with ample parking. A building that has remained in its “good” juice. Staff attentive to their customers, friendly, helpful, attentive, even when there are a lot of people (restaurant), remains very professional!! Spacious room, large bed, a functional bathroom, in short after a busy day it's profitable. I had room number 2 which overlooked part of the woods overlooking the Ath road, so if you are a light sleeper, ask to be at the back. An absolutely complete breakfast, sweet and savory. Hotel associated with a very nice restaurant “the beef effect” Excellent value for money
