We arrived late after the kitchen was closed but they still made a meal for us, the place was spotless nd they could not be more welcoming. Easy to find and free parking outside the door. The town is also well worth spending a few hours with a lovely walk around the lake

Pas terrible !! Accueil moyen couloirs défraichis voir un peu glauques chambre poussiéreuse, vis qui dépassent du seuil de la salle de bains sur lesquelles je me suis écorché, support de pommeau de douche absent ( à quoi sert donc la barre de douche) Par contre bon petit déjeuner avec personne au service attentionnée Moralité : Je raye BRIT HOTEL de ma liste

Nous sommes arrivés. Nous avons été tout de suite placé sur une table. Nous avons commandé des choses très simple qui ne sont arrivés que trois quarts d’heure après. Le repas était copieux, mais pas à tomber par terre. Nous n’avons pas été satisfait et nous ne reviendrons pas.

Accueil inacceptable malgré hôtel vide . Chambre sympa mais dans le noir total . Couloir noir . De quoi déprimer !!! Un plateau de courtoisie non renouvelé malgré nombre de jours (jamais vu) . Une piscine couverte a faire fuir (voir photos). Seul atout; le restaurant.

Excellent accueil par les gérants . Les chambres sont petites et le service aléatoire . 6 nuits sans changement de drap pour un 3 étoiles .... Au restaurant ce peut être excellent mais aussi quelconque ... Le petit déjeuner à 15€ semble cher comme les 25cl de bière Tigre blanc facturée 8€ Excellente situation à Bagnoles de l'Orne

Accueil chaleureux et attentionné. Restauration excellente et originale, la première étoile ne semble pas très loin. Des massages par un professionnel de qualité. Vraiment une belle adresse pour se détendre et déguster une belle gastronomie.

Excellent rapport pour le menu à 28€ ce jour. Par rapport à des menus dans la même gamme de prix sur Bagnoles , nous avons apprécié ici , un réel supplément de raffinements dans le service , des serviettes tissu , du vocabulaire choisi ; le raffinement était aussi dans le menu avec des plats , accompagnements et épices sortant de l’ordinaire dans cette gamme ; ex : œuf basse température , risotto tropical accompagnant un suprême de volaille moelleux et parfumé , légumes de couleur , Ile flottante à la verveine . Bref nous y retournerons et conseillons sans retenue

Réservation pour 11 personnes un jeudi soir vers 20 heures. Arrivée à 20h10 (certains convives venaient de loin), avec accueil très froid, voire agressif de la patronne (?) : la cuisine va fermer, il faut se dépêcher ! En fait, longue attente pour prendre la commande et servir l’apéritif, toujours sans aucun sourire (le serveur lui est souriant et fait manifestement des efforts pour compenser). Dommage car les plats sont bons. Addition également « compliquée » : pas possible de payer l’apéritif sans prendre en charge toutes les boissons. Bref, qualité d’accueil déplorable… Dommage…
