Agandi Uganda Eco-lodge
"Amazing view, cozy chalets in traditional style with friendly staff. Highly recommend not only for the quality of accommodation but also its delicious food. Each coffee it’s serve with warm smile and sparkling eyes. Closes to the ranger point to start gorilla tracking. We loved it."
Hakyiri B&B
"My husband and I visited Hakyiri for a short getaway break, and we can confirm it was the best decision ever. Right in the heart of Kabale Town, one would imagine a noisy environment but what we experienced was complete and uttermost serenity. The beautiful place became home for us the staff were very professional, yet very hospitable. The rooms are spotlessly clean and immaculate. The breakfasts are as tasty as they appear on the photos, plus I could access my beloved Netflix I could go on and on and on... If you are looking for tranquil away from the hustle and bustle of daily life, Hakyiri is the place to be. I could recommend it again and again and again."
Bunyonyi Overland Resort
"On the campsite we were all alone; nice location near the lake with a good view. From the campsite you can do an easy stroll through the Rutinda where they'll try and get you in a boat trip. We enjoyed a short visit to the Arcadia lodge (we drove up... walking may be too much...) where you can enjoy a coffee as a non-guest and where the view over the lake is spectacular "
White Horse Inn
"I WENT THERE FOR LAWN TENNIS AND THE COURT WAS INTERESTING ALTHOUGH NOT THE BEST BUT THE HOTEL LOKKS BUETIFUL WITH A GOOD LOCATION BUT I RECOMMEND THE TENNIS COURT TO GET BETTER FENCES AND A BETTER ENTRACE BUT THE GARDENS ON TH WAY WERE LOOKING BEAUTIFUL"
Cepha's Inn
"Hotel always at the level of expectations, warm welcome, greatly improved restaurant, large and always clean rooms. Now this hotel is a fixed stage during missions in Uganda. Price proportional to the offer. I will be back next year."
Nyamunyonyi Lake Resort
"Lake Bunyonyi is a stunning place to visit, so picturesque and peaceful and Nyamunyonyi Resort is the perfect place to stay during your visit. Edward and Ores are superb hosts, meeting you at Kabale Market and guiding you to the lake, where you board a boat for a twenty minute cruise to the resort. Her there are plenty of things to do. Hiking, paddling in a dugout canoe, and a boat trip to the major islands on the lake are just a few of the activities available. The lake is one of only a few in Uganda where you can safely swim in the water. The food is good with varied menu. Due to elections we were there with no Internet but we had so much to do that we hardly missed it. Sitting by the campfire on an evening with Edward or Ores is very interesting with all their tales of the area and you can tell how proud they are of their resort. I would thoroughly recommend this resort unless you are unsteady on your feet as the steep steps and paths are a bit uneven."
Lake Bunyonyi Rock Resort
"This resort was absolutely incredible! The environment was clean, peaceful, and had breathtaking views. The staff was friendly, attended to all of our needs, and made our stay feel like a home away from home! The food was wonderful and was always ready at the time we requested. We swam, did the zip line, and did the canoes. We loved all three! We will defiantly be back!"
Lake Bunyonyi Eco Resort
"This place would have got a 100% rating from me, but was just slightly let down by an electricity black out throughout the night, and no torch was available to move around in the room in total blackness. We were the only guests staying so maybe they didn't want to run the generator all night. Apart from that it was amazing... Beautiful room, excellent service and delicious dinner and breakfast. The views are to die for. I would return in a heartbeat. "
Paradise Eco-Hub, Lake Bunyonyi
"Really nice place on the island. Comfy rooms with a view to the lake. We enjoyed the peace and quiet this place offers and the great nightsky you can watch in the dark. They are about to open a few more amazing romantic accomodation options, which we got a sneak peek into. Nice food and helpfull staff."
