just the breakfast is very limited. The staff that on duty to make the omelette that day its not good. overall the stay was great, from the staff to the room is good.

Perfect location and very friendly staff. When we asked for an absolute non-smoking room they upgraded us to a family room for free. Super service

The service was not great. Smile doesn’t cost anything after all !! However the location is pretty nice and you get sun beds and easy access to the sea which is pretty nice. Amazing view

Overall good for the price

The location of the hotel is good, it does not have a pool, it was visible in the photo, the cleaning was not bad, the dishes were dirty, the rooms were dirty. Take a dryer with you, it is broken and your finger goes numb when pressing it, the flusher is broken, the hotel has 6 floors, there is an elevator up to the 5th floor, anyway, I don't think you should choose it.

The cleaning of the kitchen, or rather the cleaning of plates and glasses, was not good at all.

The food was very bad, the bagel served for breakfast was 5 days old I think. Very unsuccessful unfortunately. Also, the lack of a pool is a minus.

Avoid at all cost! The place stinks, has no running water, no internet, and is dirty, mostly due to ongoing construction. Everywhere you touch has a layer of dust. The cats roam all over the place and eat the trash. They used to be better, but there is no premiumness about this place.

We were recommended this hotel by the tour operator and I also read the reviews, do not trust reviews in the future!! We could not fault the staff or the location, but the hotel is very tired with plaster on the walls and not re-painted, the original room was very small and they did move us to a room where the main shower head did not work, could not be bothered to complain again. The food was awful thank goodness we only booked bed and breakfast as the European palate is not catered for and the breakfast was all Turkish food not even a pastry and had to ask for milk for tea. We will definitely not be going to this hotel again

This hotel needs a urgent update. The room was clean and spacious but the bathroom needed a good clean and needed updating, the shower never got hotter than luke warm. We had breakfast included which was terrible with very little choice. There were cats all over the hotel, on the furniture and in the dining area which was unhygienic. The decking area was small and the sunbeds were crammed in, the decking itself had screws and planks sticking up which was dangerous. The staff weren't very friendly and you barely got a good morning from them. Would not recommend or go back here.

Hotel needs urgent refurbishment. Beds clean. Staff and cleaners very sociable. Bathroom needs a good scrub. Shower rail broken. Toilet seat broken. Too many Cats, one was in restaurant urinating. Cats all over the place, on tables and chairs. Told member of staff which just ignored it. Decking by beach area broken and very dangerous. Sunbeds dirty. Food was very basic. This hotel should be a one star. Very disappointed.

We loved this hotel! Really nice spacious rooms.. Four of us fit quite comfortably. Location is amazing, right on the water.. We could access the sea from a private deck.. No sand! The staff are lovely and very welcoming. We were half board - great value for money.
