Very good experience. The hotel is clean, the breakfast is delicious, and the scenery is very beautiful. The staff at the front desk called Osama is very nice.

We really love this hotel. Easy access to giza pyramid, and facing pyramid! Breakfast is good, room is big and clean. All the staff there helpful and friendly. Really enjoyed our time there. We recommend this hotel.

I had a one-night booking at this hotel but, unfortunately, couldn’t make it due to last-minute flight cancellations caused by the ongoing conflict in the region. I submitted a refund request through the booking platform and also informed the hotel directly, explaining that I had requested a refund. Despite the exceptional circumstances, they simply replied that “according to their policy,” no refund could be given.
I even attempted to cancel a day before, but was still trying everything I could to get there in time, not wanting to lose additional bookings and costs. In the end, it was out of my control, and I was hoping for some flexibility — especially considering it was just a one-night stay.
Sadly, the hotel showed no willingness to consider the context or make any kind gesture. I would not recommend staying here, as they appear to care more about policy than people. Sometimes, a little understanding goes a long way.

It is very close to the Giza pyramid, walkable distance. And you could enjoy the view of pyramid inside your room.

I give a 10/10 to the location, a beautiful terrace looking straight to the Pyramids.
What makes this place special are the people working there, some of the kindest we met across Egypt, they helped and made our stay amazing.

We had a wonderful week-end staying inthis hotel! Very convinient location to visit the Pyramids and Grand Egyptian Mesuem. Good breakfast with the amazing view!!! Very highly recommended!!!

Lovely service, breakfast freshly cooked as arrived. Large bathroom with power shower and smart tv. Great value for money and view of course with helpful staff.
It’s on the 5th floor if you’re looking for it 😅
