I had planned to stay here for a short break before visiting the Grand Museum and moving on to Siwa, but it was a shame to only stay here for a short time. If I had known there was such a nice place and friendly staff, I would have stayed for multiple nights. The view from the room was also great, and the welcome juice was delicious!! I will definitely stay here again next time I visit Egypt. Thanks to you, I left with good memories, even if it was only for a short time.

Very good hotel with air conditioning in the rooms, perfect after sightseeing in the heat. The breakfasts are very good with several choices including the evening meal.

We are a French family of 5 adults and stayed one full week at the hotel in July 2025. Via WhatsApp, the communication was smooth and very easy (before and during our stay). They organised our transfer from and to the airport. They also organised 3 awesome excursions for us, with a wonderful English-speaking guide (James). We visited the GEM by ourselves as this is only a 10 mn walk from the hotel. Rehab, at the reception of the hotel, is a really customer-service super-effective and helpful lady. All the people who work here are super kind. The rooms are clean, calm and not noisy, located on the last floors of the building. Very good Wi-Fi. There is not a lot around, so we had our dinners at the hotel: stunning home-made food. We liked it very much. The oriental breakfast is delicious as well. All the meals are served on the rooftop with a breathtaking view.

Very nice roof top view and very friendly staffs that work there. Rooms are very clean also. All popular Sightseeing places are very close to this location. Great place and will definitely go back soon. Would definitely recommend this place

Really really enjoyed the stay here A nice clean hotel with one of the best views of the pyramids. We had a room with a really nice view of the pyramids as soon as you wake up in your bed. Breakfast being served was really really nice as we enjoyed the view on the terrace. Everyone was absolutely lovely and very accommodating. Cairo is only a 25-30 mins drives away and very accessible so staying here in Giza where it's more quiet with amazing views was definitely worth it. Will definitely come back to stay again!
