The service level is not in place. Although it is a self-service homestay apartment, it should be done a week in advance to inform the reservation guests to pay attention to the mailbox to receive the password and other procedures. However, the management did not fulfill the obligation to inform in advance. It was only the day before check-in that the email related to the password was sent, and the guests had difficulty accepting the email in Japan at this time, resulting in finding that they could not enter the door when they checked in. I saw the email after a search, and the check-in experience was very poor. Ctrip customers' assistance and response are timely and efficient, must be criticized the apartment management's practice and concept!

Leave the west exit of the central station (big camera side) and go to the JR Kyushu Hotel. Just walk the second corner of the family on the road from the station rotary and go to the left hand. It is a little difficult to find, but I am surprised by the distance feeling too close to the station. The building is a relaxed atmosphere, the air conditioning is effective, and the dormitory and the water are clean. The facilities in the building are only shower booths, but if you want to take a large bath, there are 2 ～ 3 public baths nearby. It is not a distance to cool the hot water (it is not sweating in summer), so it is also a wind flow to go to the local public bath in Kagoshima. In Kagoshima City, where there are few cheap inn, it seems to be a regular inn because of the goodness of Cospa.

The location is superb, room was clean, spacious and with a nice balcony. The room provided all you need on a leisure trip. The only downside was it was super complicated and time consuming to contact the hostel for entrance pin, check-in procedure and check-in number. We asked the front desk receptionist of our previous hotel to call the hostel number stated on trip.com booking confirmation email in morning, but no one picked up; called again at 3pm, and the hostel hotline said the number was wrong and referred us to call another number. If we did not have the assistance from a Japanese local receptionist from another hotel, I dont think we could get the entrance pin and check-in procedure information smoothly. I recommend this hostel to Japanese local, or tourists with a Japanese mobile number to make calls/able to find assistance from Japanese local people.

We stayed for 1 night (¥1,900) in a male dormitory. It is a guest house full of 4 story condominiums. The male dormitory is on the 4 floor and it is a bit troublesome to climb and down to the 1 floor. The cleanliness of the bed and water field was a level that I didn't particularly care about. The air conditioning in the dormitory was just good, and I didn't care about the sound of the 2-stage bed, and I was able to sleep well. There is a seven eleven diagonally across the road. You can use a credit card for the adjustment. As a note, there is a photograph that Sakurajima can hope from the rooftop on the reservation site, but it seems that a large warehouse has been built recently, and the view of Sakurajima side has been blocked. I think it's a good guest house except that.

Convenient transportation, new and comfortable facilities, the fried pork chop shop not far from the next door is not very famous and very delicious! Thank you for your help in storing your luggage and arranging the room in advance. Unfortunately, this trip is in a hurry and I have not been able to use the free afternoon tea coupon (a cup of black tea or coffee free) that the clerk brother specially gave. I will definitely go again.

The location was good and the facilities were good. However, when entering the building, I entered the password number, but the number that was transmitted was different. I was able to teach you because the phone was connected. After entering the room, it was good in a room with high degree of freedom, wide 々, and good atmosphere. It is close to Kagoshima Station, and there are supermarkets and convenience stores around, which is a good feeling to stay.

This hotel is conveniently located close to different restaurants and shops. The price is reasonable. If you travel here next time, you will choose to live in this hotel.
