Good location, nice breakfast, WiFi connection is bad

Convenient and economical, good for short spent

First of all, the hotel address on Ctrip is wrong! The navigation actually led us to the middle of the pedestrian street. I drove around for several times but couldn't find it, so I had to find a temporary parking lot. In the end, I found it by entering the hotel name, which wasted money and time. Secondly, the hotel is a multi-story parking garage and not all cars can park there. Ctrip did not make any prior explanation. We were told that we could not park after we had paid and were waiting to park. We had to find another public parking lot, which was time-consuming, laborious and costly. Being overseas, I am unfamiliar with the place and cannot speak the language. We rely on Ctrip's services to obtain accurate and reliable information. However, the above mistakes and inappropriateness greatly reduced the experience of this stay. As an old customer of Ctrip, we hope that Ctrip will actively improve, enhance service quality and maintain its industry leadership.

I had a comfortable stay The location was good and it was cheaper than nearby hotels. It probably cost more because I made a reservation in a hurry, but I am very satisfied.

As with most Toyoko Inns, breakfast is included. It can't be helped that the lobby is the breakfast venue, but it feels homemade and cheap. The food is also poor and completely Japanese except for soup, sausages, and bread. Not only were there few options, but the portions were small for the number of people, and they couldn't keep up with the replenishment, so we ended up stopping midway and eating outside again.
