Response from Property: Art Hotel Kagoshima provided an overall very comfortable stay, thanks to its wonderful staff. They consistently welcomed guests warmly and offered support. I highly recommend requesting a room with a view of Sakurajima, one of Japan's most active volcanoes. Waking up to this dramatic scenery is truly priceless. The hotel's location is also very convenient, with good access to nearby bus routes.
