Property Description

ALOHA! ***As of September 16th, 2024, we have installed two new split-unit AC (air conditioners)—one in the living room and one in the loft. Both units are of the highest quality and were professionally installed by one of the most reputable HVAC companies on Oahu. Additionally, in August 2024, we installed a new, modern window-unit AC in the master suite, significantly quieter than older models.*** The perfect place for a peaceful & relaxing time, this condo is stocked with all you should need for a great stay! Located in the Turtle Bay Area, it's very close to beaches (about a 5 minute walk), golf coarse, and some amazing restaurants. This location is at the end of the North Shore stretch known as the "seven mile miracle" of beaches, renowned for their beauty, world class surfing, snorkel, great fishing spots, and swimming for people of all ages! Guests can enjoy an afternoon of fun-filled beach activities and later watch the sunset from the pool-bar at turtle bay, while also watching some of the best surfers in the world. And beyond to the East is a beautiful drive along the ocean with views of the breathtaking Koʻolau Mountain Range. Experience the best of both worlds, while also enjoying a quiet, family friendly neighborhood! This 1 bedroom + Loft, 2.5 bathrooms is located in the most pristine area of the condominium complex! It is a second floor unit with no other units on top, making it very quiet and peaceful for you. As you can see in the photos this beautiful condo has a breathtaking view of the world famous Fazio Golf Course and faces the Pacific Ocean. Imagine yourself having breakfast on the lanai, while listening to the birds and feeling a pleasant sea breeze. The condo features a full kitchen, equipped with everything you should need during your stay. Downstairs, there is the master bedroom with a king size bed, and master bathroom. We had a great time! Thanks for letting us stay at your condo. We loved being in the North Shore area. Everything was well equipped for our stay. Having the beach chairs and umbrella available were great! Really nice and clean. Thanks again!

As far as yhe north shore goes, this place was well situated and in good proximity to turtle bay beach, which was walkable to get to for kids. This unit had awesome air conditioning which helped in the summer head/humidity. Plenty of room for a family of 6.

The pictures online don’t do the condo justice. It’s prettier than pictured. Nice artwork on the walls, clean and well equipped. We’ve been to Turtle Bay many times and this condo is the best one yet. Made our stay easy and very relaxing. Thank you for everything!

Great location and very clean and nice property. Loved being close to the beach and enjoyed the property and how comfortable it was. The property has beach chairs and umbrellas and snorkeling gear which was helpful. You can walk to Turtle Bay and the AC units work great. Close to beaches and food places. Questions and concerns were answered quickly.

We had the best week during our stay at Turtle Bay! We enjoyed the surrounding walking trails each morning, and found the condo to be very well appointed with everything we could need during our week stay. AC worked great, and we loved having the use of chairs and boogie boards for our beach days. Would definitely stay again!

This was a great place to stay! It was even better than described in the listing. We were impressed with how clean and cozy it was. We immediately appreciated that it smelled like clean, fresh laundry. The beds were comfortable, and the pillows were AMAZING! Rooms were nice and dark with separate a/c units, and we all slept awesome! We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony every day. Location was great. We couldn't find the resort beach, as it is a very large resort & map wasn't clear. Got rained out before we could find it! :( The pool and beach provided a nice incentive to book here, we just ran out of time exploring the beautiful island!
