I booked a king-size bed but got a standard room instead. My friend had a fever and wanted to call the front desk to ask if they had a thermometer. He called more than 20 times but couldn't get through. The landline and cell phone also couldn't get through... The cookies they said they were going to give me were nowhere to be found... The hotel is across the street from Kaifeng Museum. If you want to visit the museum, this hotel is the best choice. The room is clean and tidy, and the receptionist is beautiful and enthusiastic. There are plenty of parking spaces in the underground parking lot, and there are charging piles. The breakfast is rich!

Treasure Hotel is really nice, the lobby is grand, the room is clean, and those with mysophobia can go for it. The breakfast is great, and the customer service lady is very nice.

Because I wanted to visit the museum, I temporarily changed my plan and stayed in this hotel. The overall feeling was very comfortable. The environment, service attitude, room facilities and overall layout were all very good. The only regret was that the quality of the toothbrush was not very good. It was a bristle-less brush when I unpacked it, but the service staff was very sincere and immediately dealt with it and replaced it with a new toothbrush. The best service this time was the front desk, which was much more efficient than the reception at the beginning. The service of the self-service cafe on the first floor has been significantly improved, indicating that the hotel's training management is in place. The hotel has put a lot of thought into the gifts from fruits to small Western pastries at the entrance and exit. But for business guests, they still value the quality of service and the enjoyment of indoor facilities. The swimming pool can bring more young consumer groups. The guest room is still light luxury style, which will attract more young families, large bathrooms, and comfortable bedding. The only shortcoming I found was that the cup of the previous guest in the guest room may not have been replaced in time. Such a passenger flow indicates that there is no meticulous cleaning. The cookies in the store are as sweet as ever.

We charged a few hundred extra for a room during Chinese New Year, but the room turned out to be average, with no executive lounge and no drinks. I don't know why we charged a temporary fee of 1,000. The shower was badly stained and looked dirty. There is dust in the room and no air purifier. The promised New Year pictures and biscuits didn’t even come. The fruit was promised to be delivered but it wasn't. I called and was told it would be delivered but it was almost 11 o'clock and it still wasn't delivered. When I asked why it wasn't delivered, I went to sleep and was told it would be delivered tomorrow. Toiletries are also in large bottles. The quality of the slippers is not even half as good as that of All Seasons and Orange. The water they provided does not even meet the national standard for purified water. Can they give me some Nongfu Spring or something? The driveway in the underground parking lot is really painted. There was bacon and beef brisket for breakfast in the first two days, but they were gone after the Chinese New Year on the third day. It’s amazing. The gym smells really bad and the equipment is not up to Hilton standards. In a word, it's not worth it, it's only about 300 or 400 yuan
